"If you're up for a short break in Nadi, Capricorn is a great place for you. Convenient location, thus close to the airport and Nadi town. Affordable rooms and amenities are okay. However, heads up! - WiFi not free as they said in the booking. You have to pay at the reception for a daily plan/ I recommend you get a Sim Card at the airport. - T.V is not working in the Family rooms. - Laundry is not available but there is a laundromat nearby."

"Really loved our stay at this hotel. I’m not sure how it is a 2-star hotel - the room, cleanliness and amenities looked like a 4+ star hotel. It includes everything we needed fo our stay. Only thing missing was the gym, and the pool could be better as it looks like just a water stream under the walking bridge. Overall we really liked our stay."

"I loved the luxurious lobby and our room with a beautiful pool view. The beach at night is stunning, especially with the fire decorations. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, and the food is also good. However, there were some issues. We called twice for extra towels and to replace a dirty vanity kit in our room, but no one came. Some staff also seemed to take advantage of travelers. For example, we had to wait a long time to get a refund for a drink we bought at the pool bar and could only receive it after repeatedly asking. Additionally, we tried to book an early morning taxi to the airport, but the staff claimed it wasn’t possible because taxis weren’t available at that time. Later, we saw a taxi at the hotel front dropping off a passenger. The staff then quickly came out to say she can book one now. Overall, while the property and amenities are lovely, service issues affected our experience."

"The hotel boasts a great location, a comfortable distance from the city center. The breakfast spread was exceptionally plentiful and catered wonderfully to Chinese palates. Dinner was also extensive, and the ambiance was excellent, with music playing throughout. It's truly ideal for a trip."

"I chose this accommodation based on the reviews, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was very clean, the area was convenient for dining, and the environment was quiet. The owners were very helpful and attentive. It was a great choice for a layover in Fiji, as it was very conveniently located near the airport. There's also a beach within walking distance, and the sunsets were beautiful! Highly recommended!"

"Location was great - right next to the international airport as well as a major hospital. It's also an easy 5minute walk to the bus stop if you'd like to take the local transport. The grounds are beautifully kept & very well maintained- there's cleaning and pruning of the beautiful landscape everyday. Pool was lovely with a slide. Gorgeous addition to the well maintained grounds. Hopefully they'll water blast the steps up to the slides as it was mouldy and slippery. Rooms were nice and clean. Enough utensils to use and the usual bathroom amenities. Security at both gates were great,friendly and helpful. Free parking space was a bonus. Staff were so good except for the kitchen staff - we had to wait an hr for dinner which was sitting cold on the countertop with no one bringing the food over. I had to go and ask if the food was ours and indeed it was."

"Blue water lodge is a good accommodation for backpack or solo travelers due to the price, but they are also very clean and well managed. Staff is nice and polite. Bathrooms are clean overall."

"Very convenient location to the airport and delicious food in the restaurant. A bus stop near the hotel also helps a lot to explore the surroundings by yourself. The staff are friendly. You need to get used to using WiFi in the lobby though if you don't want to pay for it in your room. Recommend for 1 or 2 days ”transit” stay"

"Room was absolutely nothing special, very sterile, quick to forget you’re in Fiji. The roof top pool - STUNNING. It was windy and a bit chilly when I stayed but the pool water wasn’t too cold, there were some people swimming. Room was clean and bed was actually pretty comfy. The shower was big which was nice. The rest of the hotel feel outdated. The food was decent and breakfast was nice. They had good options for vegetarians."

"Each room is clean There is also a private pool However, the chef of the private restaurant is terrible. (He is a young Indian, and his skills are not very good.) The owner is unfriendly, but the staff is friendly. If possible, use the 2nd floor room. (It is cleaner,,) Taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is 10 Fijian dollars If you take a taxi, it is 30 Fijian dollars per hour (The beach resort <Yatule> resort & spa, which takes 1.5 hours by taxi, is so-so~~. (However, as of April 2025, the access road is under construction) - Vehicles are allowed to pass)"
