Accueil, restauration et service irréprochable. Merci au chef cuisinier pour ses repas excellent et à toutes son équipe pour le service avec le sourire et leur sympathie qui est au max .. ce séjour était au top ! Les chambres sont biens aussi ! Je recommande le Campanile de Bonneuil-sur-Marne

A very nice hotel just 15 mes from the centre of Paris. On the south east of the city. Proved to be ideal for a business trip where location was the priority. Lovely staff. Some work going on this time to electrics, but a good location

Un personnel attentif et professionnel de la réception où nous avons eu un superbe accueil par la directrice de l'hôtel (je pense car elle ne s’est pas présentée).. Chambre impeccable, joli concept avec les nouvelles chambres , pdj top. Bonne literie. . Au petit-déjeuner personnel très professionnel et sympathique. En résumé, une expérience unique car l’endroit est unique avec sa personnalité mise en vie par tout le personnel. Merci et à bientôt.

No issues with front desk although rooms are extremely basic and rundown. Shower has good pressure. Restaurant is one of the worst ever. Menu was written on a chalkboard. Waiter brought a bottle of wine, opened it and left. I ordered one of the two things on the menu salmon over pasta. The salmon or imitation of salmon is a ground mix of something shaped in a loaf kind of pastry. The taste is awful. The pasta dry. The waiter was extremely unfriendly. The breakfast was better Regardless I hope never to stay there

Good morning hotel well located. Family trip two bedrooms rented in each room one small handbag for two, no bath tapes, no liquid soap on the shower in the bathroom. Women's staff at the very unpleasant reception. No additional 3-day stay with soap and serviettes . Good*****t that the very very sympathetic watch c is moved to find me a 2 small handkerchief ( I saw the place where the chairs and handkerchiefs are stored to flee a used handkerchief directly on the handkerchiefs, If you look at the matlas ho la la you don't want to sleep in any of the two rented rooms. I have a 4-star tourist residence so I know the work perfectly. The 3-star class is in fact a real place. At the cherry on the cake we have been subjected to an alarm fire because they forgot croissants in the oven and the alarm works very well up to 7th floor . The hotel is located in the centre of the city and is located in the centre of the city.

This hotel would be 3-star in my country’s standard. It’s a new basic hotel and the rooms are a good size. The main problem is customer service - especially from the front desk lady called Kelli. This woman is not supposed to work in the hospitality sector - she has no clue about customer service. On the other hand, her colleague Charlotte was very sweet. She really tried even though she was left all alone most of the time with no manager on duty to assist on specific issues. In the rooms: No shower caps, no vanity set - just towels and 1x bottle of water when you arrive. The location is good in terms of transportation but Creteil as a neighbourhood is not nice at all. It’s better to stay closer to the centre of Paris.

We stayed with my husband for 3 nights to be as close as possible to family members living in the area. We booked initially a superior but then upgraded again because the room was very bad. We ended up paying 150€ a night for a room with windows broken (we couldn’t close the bathroom window after opening it), we had no hot water for 2 days (1 evening and next and final morning). Decoration is ugly and very very old, very poor condition overall. No plugs nowhere we even had one of the bedside table light not plugged in because there was no plug. We were woken up by the maid on the first morning because there is not even signs to indicate you are in your room... And when we checked I it we complained about the hot water and the hotel response was « no other client complained »! What a shameful response. So in a nutshell: - poor condition - no measure whatsoever regarding extra cleaning due to Covid - service is awful - it s way too expensive for what it is like by far! - this place is a sh*t hole and does not deserve 3 stars Don’t book go somewhere else or book an apartment this does not deserve to welcome guests!

Après avoir passé 2 semaines au sein de cet établis*****t, je peux attester qu'il est vraiment très bien tenu 👏🏻 - L'ensemble du personnel est vraiment très gentil, poli, souriant, disponible et serviable. Il est agréable de discuter avec eux et ils sauront vous renseigner sur la région (marchés, commerces...) - Les chambres tout comme les parties communes sont propres. Le seul petit bémol c'est l'agencement des sanitaires des chambres (ancien agencement Ibis, avec la douche et les WC dans une même pièce, qui lorsqu'on prend une douche mouille toute la pièce). Mais ce n'est pas grave, il suffit d'essuyer/éponger après. - Le petit déjeuner est bien garni, avec, chose rare, pas mal de produits frais et faits maison qui en prime sont très bons 😋 (yaourts, cakes sucrés, mousse au chocolat...). - En cette période de fêtes de fin d'année, le rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel a été décoré par les employés. Cette initiative est agréable et chaleureuse 😁 et il semble toujours y avoir quelques bouquets de fleurs, peut importe la saison, pour égayer l'espace, c'est une très belle idée. - Au rez-de-chaussée vous trouverez tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin (distributeur de boissons chaudes, distributeur de boissons froides et friandises, micro-ondes, dépliants informatifs de la région, magasines... Il y a même une petite sale où il est possible de jouer (jouets pour enfants, jeu de société à disposition...). Ça change des autres hôtels dans lesquels j'ai précédemment séjourné, c'est convivial et familial. - Niveau situation, c'est super ! L'hôtel est juste à côté de 3 restaurants si vous ne souhaitez pas prendre la voiture, ou à quelques minutes à peine d'un supermarché de proximité puis d'une grande zone commerciale où vous trouverez de tout (restaurants, vêtements, décoration...). - Parking, wifi, smart TV... Si j'ai à revenir dans la région, je séjournerai sans aucun doute de nouveau dans cet établis*****t qui a su répondre à toutes mes attentes et plus encore. Je remercie et félicite tout le personnel pour leur travail et leur amabilité.
