Ok for a night, before the flight. It's located near big shopping center, which is a plus. Lobby is the only part of hotel, that was renovated in IBIS style. Rooms are old and in very bad condition. There is also a strange odour in a room, like someone would smoke in it. I don't know what are the standards to be an Ibis hotel, but this one sure doesn't deserve that name. There was also a problem with payment, when we arrived - they couldn't transfer the money from Expedia, to which we paid the room. it took over an hour, to solve that. Would not go again.

We stayed 3 nights in this very clean hotel and the charming staff and listening. The bed is of quality and it is very soundproofed. The children were happy with their room. 1 parental bed and 2 overlap beds. 1 bed with a real mattress, great for baby! Restaurant and nearby facilities. We recommend.

Our plane was delayed, so we arrived late and tired and had to wait an hour standing for check-in. When you have to get up early the next day it is unacceptable.
The positive point is that we had warned that we would be late, that there would no longer be a shuttle and the necessary arrangements were made to have a taxi wait for us at the airport.
The floor of the room was not very clean, we walked barefoot and dust stuck underneath.
To top it all off, we had to have breakfast at 6:00 a.m. to leave at 6:30 a.m. with the shuttle and everything was not laid out when we arrived in the lounge.
Despite everything the staff is very friendly, it's a shame.
It would take 2 people to check in when it is busy and it is late. I hope this comment will help you improve the quality of service.

When we arrived we were told our room was not ready, but they would gladly hold our luggage until it would be accessible in 45 minutes. We decided to drop off our rental car at the airport and return. We came back an hour and a half later, received our room key and entered a room in which the bed was not made and the floor was filled with dust. Management gave us another room an hour later, after a great deal of confusion among the desk assistants. The property is more like a warehouse than a hotel. The restaurant misled us on the main courses. We checked out the next morning to get to the airport, but learned subsequently when we returned home that the property charged us twice for the same room for one night. Word to the wise, unless you want miserable service, sterile accommodations, and getting charged twice for the same rental, avoid this place.

This is a great hotel. Forget what you may think of a Holiday Inn -- this is much nicer than the Holiday Inn product in the USA. The rooms are spacious, the shower is amazing, and the hotel is very comfortable overall. It is about 5 minutes from CDG airport but it does not ”feel” like an airport hotel. The restaurant buffet breakfast is also excellent. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to do the same.
