"I had spent 5 days in this hotel . Next door is the shopping mall and you can find all the things you need. The breakfast was nice and had many choices. Although the hotel is not new, and location is in the center of the city, the room was surprisingly clean and quiet. Sure I will stay in this hotel when I return to Semarang again."

"1. One of most famous fine-dining steakhouse-Bowery, cafe-Eastman and nightclub-Sixsense are right across from the hotel. All of them are within walking distance which is very convenient. 2. I lost my red T-shirt in the room. They kept it well and when I contacted their WA, the staff was very polite and helpful!!"

"Overall it is a pleasant experience staying in LK Pandanaran. I certainly would vouch value for money staying here. What I can provide here is areas for improvement to the Hotel Operator. There was a slight leak in shower head connector. Breakfast menu needs more variety rather than auto repeat daily, and freshness of salad bar/green condiments can be improved. All of which is not a deal breaker. Location, cleanliness, service, facilities - are all good. Would definitely repeat my stay here next time."

"The location is great, near simpang lima semarang. Also it is near restaurant and some famous Indonesia noodle. You can buy some souvenir in the lobby. However, when i stay some noisy from the restaurant above us disturbed my sleep. The room is clean and comfortable."

"During my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others."

"Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme)."
