I stayed here when I was attending a retirement party with work. The staff were very pleasant. Check in was relatively easy, I am unsure as to why when you have pre booked you are required to give details on arrival of a second card. I’m wondering what would have happened had I not had a second card. Not everyone does. The room was spacious with good facilities. The view was awful but I wasn’t staying that long anyway. The only thing I would suggest, as a 4 star, would you not upgrade to get USB points in the rooms? I didn’t bring my plug as I guessed this was generally the norm for hotels 4 star and above in 2022.

Jinyu outside, inside is similar to the homestay...
The room is large and the two people live in a spacious room;
The hotel's breakfast buffet can be considered average;
Parking is not expensive;
Dinner, remember to order beef package, the price is OK.

The hotel is clean, bright, well equipped, cleaned every day, and the price is better. It is just 40 to 50 minutes away from the city by bus. The departure gate is very convenient.

The location was great for my purpose, I had some business to attend to in Fonthill and the hotel was a stone's throw away. Still needed to drive but it was a 5min drive.
It is also walking distance from Liffey Valley shopping mall. Its a typical large mall with decent restaurants and a cinema.
The hotel is connected to a fitness centre (like a health club) and it offers a gym and swimming pool. Entry is free for hotel guests. Go early, the pool gets crowded after 8.30am.
There is ample parking and it's available at a concessionary rate.
My only grouse was the lack of toiletries provided. Thankfully I had brought my own set. The toilet only has hand soap and shampoo (but the dispenser was almost empty).
Other than that, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Worth staying at if you need to be in that area.

I stayed Tuesday 3rd August with my son... We stopped here on the way from Belfast as had v v bad experience there ..from the moment I walked in we were made feel very welcome...the receptionist was lovely and friendly, never got his name... We had our dinner there ..in tge out door area as my brother in law joined us which we didn't mind ... The food was gorgeous,,my son was delighted with his mocktail ... The shopping centre literally 2 mins away so we did abit shopping... The 2 girls the served us were lovely and v friendly .. The breakfast was spot on .. I will definitely be back here...and highly recommend this hotel

Very warmly greeted on arrival, and being a little early for check in, were absolutely happy to allow us to store our luggage while we did some sightseeing. The room provided was large and contained a large comfortable bed as well as an additional single bed. Also had a writing desk, which was superb to work from, table, comfortable chairs and a wardrobe with plenty of space for storage. Room also overlooked a wonderful bank of trees, giving a scenic outlook The bathroom contained a great shower. A wonderful guest compendium was also provided to ensure all pertinent information was provided for. The on-site restaurant provided excellent food for reasonable prices. Excellent free Wi-fi was also available.

Near the tallight tram terminal, facing the football field, if you feel that the hotel prices in the urban area on Friday and Saturday are too expensive, you can choose this hotel for the weekend, a good choice!

Superb experience ✨ This hotel was crystal clean, the room was spacious and airy and decor lovely. These beds! So comfortable we fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow! A dream ☁️ The team at the hotel were wonderfully helpful, attentive and friendly. We arrived very early the day of check in and they allowed us to check in and head up to the room on arrival which was such a relief after not sleeping almost two days with travel! We were very thankful. There is also a check out time of 12pm which is a fabulous perk! The only downside was we spent a lot of money on taxis into Dublin City which definitely added up. However, there is public transport available that brings you to the city in an hour. We had a lovely experience at this hotel. It was faultless and we would certainly stay again! I will dream about those cosy pillows and duvet !

We booked Castleknock hotel for out Honeymoon trip to Ireland. It was far enough out of the Dublin city center, that I felt relaxed and had fresh air, but close enough that busing or taking a taxi into the city center was very easy! We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel breakfast and other restaurants on site!
