"Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm."

"I stayed one night at the hotel as a solo female traveller as I had a late plane and was meeting my friends the next day. The place was comfortable and clean and easy. The hotel super close to both the international and domestic arrivals (steps away). If you’re coming from international you just come out and turn right and you will see it (domestic, turn left). Being in an airport the hotel has to scan your bags when you arrive. The AC was great as it was quite hot in lucknow! My room was quite close to reception so I used earplugs at night to sleep as you could hear the doorbell. With the earplugs I had no issues!"
