"Absolutely loved this hotel! The interior decor was very stylish. It's only a five-minute walk from the train station, even with luggage. Right next door to the W Hotel. Breakfast was very generous. The Duomo was right outside my window. I imagine the view from the rooftop terrace at night would be even better. Room drinks were always promptly refilled, and they even provided complimentary fruit and snacks. If I had to find fault, it would be that the power outlets stop working after you turn off the lights at night, so you have to be mindful when charging devices. Also, the front desk staff weren't very friendly; they never even greeted us when we returned."

"firstly, I realized that the room smelled very bad like someone definitely smorked in it even it is non-smorking room. So, I asked the staff that I can change the room, but that day were fully booked so that I can’t. She also said, next day has a vacant so I can change the room, but finally I couldn't because of the staffs miss communication. Also I asked laundly service but when I came back to the hotel, it is not completed because the staff forgot Sunday is out of service. in the first place, the laundry service cost is too expensive so I dont recommend."

"3m walk to train station, near to popular restaurants, 24h reception, elevator to hotel and clean. I think the hotel did a renovation so the cabinets, tables and all look new. It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and there’s no thermal flask. Affordable price 65usd over a sunday night. Happy with stay!!"

"Location is quite good, within 10 minutes of walking from Firenze SM Novella; there’s also a self-service laundry opposite the hotel. Convenience stores and restaurants next to/nearby hotel. Breakfast spread: acceptable. Only 1 small complaint: wifi to my room was not good, had to go to common area on ground floor for better connection."

"The receptionists and luggage-storage staff were all friendly and helpful. Although this is a hostel rather than a hotel, we still had a great experience over our expectation. We booked a double bed room with private bathroom, the facilities in the room were limited but it was clean and had a balcony. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we could see the dome of the Florence Cathedral and beautiful sunset - an absolutely delightful surprise."

"A good option for a stay in Florence. The downsides relate to check-in; you can't check in after a certain time. This policy would be understandable if it weren't for the fact that there's always someone at the front desk 24/7. After a certain hour, the main door is locked, and you have to ring a bell to get back in. You also have to leave your keys at reception every time you leave the hotel. While this is understandable since they are physical keys, if you're a private person who values discretion, it's not ideal, as it gives you a vague feeling of being monitored. As I said, it's a good option, but it could be better. This could be achieved with electronic key cards or temporary codes that allow guests to open the main door – something other hotels in Florence already do. This would give guests a much better experience, creating a clearer ”at home” feeling. It would also lighten the load and reduce frustration for the night staff, as guests would only need to ring if they lost their code or electronic card."

"A Hidden Gem Near Florence’s Main train station I stayed three consecutive nights at this charming little hotel, just a short walk (5 mins) from the main train station in Florence. Its location made it incredibly easy to take day trips to nearby cities—perfect for exploring Tuscany without the hassle. The staff were consistently friendly, and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. While the room wasn’t very spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable—ideal after long days of sightseeing. There’s also a private spa area that was clean and relaxing, with a surprisingly strong jacuzzi. A nice touch that added to the overall experience."

"Conveniently located, 5 mins walk from the train station, but not very noisy which is nice. My room had a little balcony. But I gotta say, as a newly opened hotel and an IHG group hotel, I was very disappointed. First, I found a used bandage stuck on my “clean” towel, and the bathroom was poorly designed , with the half screen on the bathtub , I guarantee you would get water everywhere on the floor no matter how careful you are when taking a shower. The hotel & room is stylish, but as a hotel of 2 years old (according to the internet, the hotel opened in 2023), the bathroom is badly maintained , broken faucet which was temporarily fixed, rusts and stains everywhere, i guess also because of the poor selection of materials when it was designed, this all makes it look like a 20 year old hotel. The first morning I had breakfast, I went really early, it was nice and quiet, I thought the spread was good and not bad in taste & quality. But the 2nd morning I went at 9ish, tables were not cleaned , the hash browns were rock-hard. And we saw other guests having different breakfast items that were not in the buffet, so I asked the staff if there were other options, and not until then we were told each guests can order 1 item each from the ala carte menu with no cost, we were not informed about this and I think guests deserves to know they have options… i guess that’s how they treat tourists ….. or just how they treat Asians….. so if you stay here, be sure to ask for the menu if you want alternatives for your breakfast."

"Perfect location between the train station and sight seeing objects. The nuns were very helpful and informative, they allowed us to wait in the lounge after check-out since we were unwell and couldn’t go out (out train was for another 4 hours). There were common pantry that we utilize to cook hot water, it was very helpful during the cold winter. The room itself was very spacious and easily fitted 2 large luggages. The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on it, so we added a couple layer of thick blanket as cushion. The room was heated with split A/C but still very cold in the bathroom."
