"I really don't understand how foreigners think. I booked this well in advance. At the time, I could only book one night in a standard room plus two nights in a premium room. On the day of check-in, there was a cheaper premium room available, and the booking price was even lower. But the front desk still insisted on me checking into the standard room for one night, then checking out at noon on the second day, leaving my luggage at the front desk, and then checking into the premium room later that afternoon for the remaining two nights. It turned out the premium room wasn't even as good as the standard room; the lighting was a bit strange, and the room size was the same. The hotel breakfast was decent though."

"A very clean hotel with breakfast included. The front desk staff were always incredibly welcoming. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to major attractions and a 15-minute walk from the train station. Given that hotels in Southern Italy can be quite expensive, this place offers excellent value for money. While the facilities are a bit basic, it's very clean and tidy. Booking through Ctrip was also very convenient. Definitely recommended!"

"stayed just one night at this hotel during my trip to Florence. The room was quite small, which might be a downside for longer stays, but it was clean and well-kept. The real highlight, though, was the rooftop terrace — the panoramic view over Florence was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and a good overall experience for a short stay. Perfect if you’re spending most of your time exploring the city and want a lovely spot to unwind at the end of the day."

"I had a wonderful stay for two nights at Plus Florence! The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and train station, which made exploring the city so easy. The room was clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or local recommendations. "Hotel is 10 minute walk from the main train Station And easy walking distance to the main City atraction The hotel room is small size double, we had a room with a pool view and a balcony, very clean, bed linen are change evry day, pool is small, but we were lucky to find sunlounges when we need it, but most of the time the pool area was full. Breakfast îs very very good, plenty choices, quality food, fresh juices, even ice cream... 🙂 The only thing we prefered was a shower instead of bath and perhaps the bath panel bath longer lenght as the bath become a pool, the panel does not hold the water spray We love our stay with this place, and book again"

"The hotel is very close to the train station. Service was good. The room was quite small, but it felt surprisingly cozy, and all amenities were well-stocked. I was told it wouldn't earn IHG points, but I later noticed some bonus points had been added to my account. The restaurant was decent. Breakfast was okay, though it did get a bit repetitive after having it for many days. Many places are within walking distance, and public transport is also easily accessible. There's a Five Guys right outside the train station, and their extra Cajun fries are delicious!"

"This hotel is very clean and new. Staffs was so kind and helpful too. On the second day of our stay, we had a problem with the hot shower in both of our rooms and only managed to get the problem fixed at night. Due to that, they compensated us free breakfast as a service recovery for my family the next day. We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. However the parking in this hotel is so limited that we almost didn’t get parked our car in the hotel. We weee told that if no parking spaces available, we had to find a blue lot to park outside the hotel area. So far we were lucky enough to get the parking lot inside the hotel."

"It’s a nice hotel, very accessible & near the Firenze SMN station. The room was ready earlier than check in time. Our room was spacious, clean & beautiful. The only hiccup was checking in. We weren’t given the check in instruction ahead of time & WhatsApp response took a while but after we got the info, everything was good."

"Hotel was very clean even three stars hotel but there were bottles of water in fridge we were satisfied that’s nice I mentioned like this because I and my friends went to Rome stayed in 4 stars hotel but there was no anything to drink and room wasn’t quiet clean like hotel Cosimo in Florence we loved this hotel if we visited Florence again we would stay in Hotel Cosimo De’ Medici again certainly"

"THe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area."
