"We spent over a month traveling through Europe this Chinese New Year, visiting Spain, Paris, Belgium, Hungary, and Italy. This apartment hotel was hands down the best accommodation of the entire trip – truly on par with a five-star hotel back home. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. Plus, Florence has the best food in all of Italy! My only regret is that we only stayed for two days... Florence is the most 'chill' place in all of Italy, a thousand times better than Rome or Venice! I highly recommend booking this hotel! It's a 1000-euro hotel that easily outperforms European hotels costing several thousand and up!"

"Hotel was good. Close to city center. You can walk to bus C2 that takes you to everywhere in city center directly, we did that. It has a tap system with your payment card. Only thing we wondered was a construction worker in the room beside us working until 23.50 with vaccum cleaner and banging. We were up, but if you would had to sleep, it would have been alot annoying. But everything was great, good service. And it was clean."

"Wonderful Boutique Hotel inside Florence. Be sure to coordinate your check-in time with the hotel as it is not staffed after 7pm. So upon check-in, you will get your room, receive tourist info, learn about the all-day pantry (be sure to reserve with breakfast for this perk), pay city tax, and get the 24-hour entry code. My room had a/c, walk-in shower, a double and single bed, wifi, and space for 3 with luggage. Also, there's a community washer and dryer (please use your own laundry soap). Great location. You can leisurely walk the entire town in an hour."

"Excellent apartments near the station. To Duomo 30 minutes walk The hotel is in the code at the entrance door, the keys are waiting for you. With anyone from the recipes contact only by phone, the ATS AP. Before the settlement, they were asked to drop a photo of passports and voucher. A quiet room with a good bed, a big TV, in a bathtub. When settled, a compliment, a bottle of water, two small juices, snows. In the general hall apples, coffee, water and even wine! I definitely recommend!"

"Florence is generally expensive, which made finding a suitable hotel quite challenging. Many places seemed dated, and it was difficult to find one with clean bathroom facilities. While this place isn't particularly cheap, the room is spacious and the bathroom is impeccably clean. Its location is excellent, being very close to Santa Maria Novella Station. Plus, there are plenty of laundromats, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient. I interacted with the staff to learn about entry and receive the room key, and they were very kind, patiently trying to understand my limited English."

GGuest UserA Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. Highly recommended. ❤️

すがもんすがもんIt's a classic hotel, conveniently located near the station, with the charm of a converted mansion. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room key was a substantial, heavy iron one, and we had to leave it at the front desk every time we went out. I stayed for two nights, but there was no complimentary bottled water provided on the second night.

LLongshenwanziI checked in on my birthday, and they surprised me with champagne 🥂 and a cake 🍰. Sometimes hotels just win you over with these little, thoughtful details. Even though I paid a hefty €110 for parking, it doesn't stop me from giving you five stars! 👍

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic hotel with an excellent location. It's less than a five-minute walk from the train station, and we had no trouble at all with our luggage along the way. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were all incredibly nice and provided great service. I was initially drawn to their outdoor dining area, but since it was winter and quite cold, we opted to dine inside the restaurant in the evening. I accidentally broke a wine glass, and the staff handled it wonderfully, which left a very positive impression on me. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but the facilities were new, and the bedding was comfortable. The room diffuser also had a very pleasant scent. Just a short walk from the hotel entrance, there's a bus stop with a direct route to Piazzale Michelangelo at the top of the hill. It's definitely worth visiting for the panoramic views of Florence. Overall, it's a superb hotel with a great location, and the breakfast was also quite good—I particularly enjoyed the fresh kiwi. The transportation is convenient, making it very friendly for train travelers. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

MMarcos 305Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

HHaidanmeimeiThe hotel's location is great, very close to the train station with many Chinese restaurants nearby. Since I had an early train, the front desk was kind enough to prepare a breakfast box for me. The room key was quite unique, though a bit heavy, so I left it at the front desk when I went out. On the downside, some parts of the hallway had stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage, and the room wasn't soundproof.

MMaria MDAmazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry. The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water. Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long. All the best to this place and the team!

GGuest UserExcellent location, excellent treatment and service by all the staff, especially by the receptionist who is there in the mornings and who knows how to speak Spanish. Their kindness and attention: exceptional, the fact that it has a swimming pool, even if it is small, to take a dip especially in summer, with the heat that it is, is an important point to take into account, and although I have read that they do not warn that it does not have an elevator and that in many cases, like us, they send you to the second floor with many steps, it is true, but they also take your suitcases up and down. Without a doubt, I will stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Florence.
