Find the Best Mestre Hotels

The hotel is very convenient right next to the train station, and there is a good and cheap Chinese food nearby. I don't usually write reviews but this one is very cute! At the checkout the next day, there was a brother at the front desk who said that everyone was Chinese. Yesterday’s whiskey was invited to us 🙊 Happy New Year to everyone! ! The hotel is on an extremely busy dual carriageway which you can hear day and night. The room is outdated and sp****. Know tea/coffee facilities and don't expect a dressing gown or slippers. The staff don't speak much English and if you want a coffee from vending machine they hassle you until you've paid. I've always paid at the end of a hotel stay so being hassled for two euros was confusing. The breakfast is continental which was lacklustre at best. Two choices of cereal and know fruit! Know local amenities or restaurants unless you include a chain steakhouse, not what you really want in Italy. Local transport was a nightmare with buses crammed to capacity and know bus back to hotel after 8 o'clock. Staff were indifferent and not very helpful with little to know knowledge about the area or how to reach Venice the best way. It's only on the last day I've found out you can buy a travel pass consequently spent a lot on transport and having to use taxis at night. Don't stay here pay the extra and stay in or nearer to Venice as this hotel is inadequate outdated and too far away from any atmosphere. Ruined my first experience of Italy

We landed on time and the driver booked came to pick us up. Took us straight to the hotel and was so polite. We then got to the hotel at 6. 20pm before, us were 15 people checking in. Seemed like a party hotel booking. So me and my friend waited in the lobby till we could check in. After 20 minutes I went to the desk and asked to check in. The man was confused at first thinking I wanted to pay for a room. I then explained we have a booking for 4 nights. Gave him my name and we tried to look me up. Could not find a booking so let his colleague (the lady with the black hair and glasses) take over. She started look on bookings.com and the hotel portal. She then stated she could not find us. I showed her the booking on the app and the company we booked with. She then stated ‘in her 20 years of working in hotels she has heard of love holidays however, this hotel does not work with them at all’ She then stated further ‘ even if they could find the booking they could not accommodate us as on the third night the hotel was full booked’ We provided her with everything our passports, email of confirmation and even PDF of our booking and voucher. At this point 2 hour had passed. We both were stressed and she was persistent to say there was no booking. She handed back the booking confirmation and told us nothing they can do. We tried to contact love holidays first on the chat however it did not work due to being out of hours. Went back to the desk and asked if we could stay one night and in the morning sort it out. She said that's fine but you will have to pay €90 (3 times the price of the room when we booked). She did not want to help us at all and more likely wanted us gone from the hotel. With that we sat down for a while to calm down and plan our next move exhausted from the travel at this point was 9.30pm. We called the emergency number and talked to someone from love holidays who said he would sort it out to give him 30 minutes. He then called the hotel and then after 1hr the lady came to talk to us. Found the booking magically! What was annoying was the audacity to say ‘sorry for the delay cause you have been waiting long here are two cans of coke on the house’ This was the most shocked I have ever been travelling. As anyone who is travelling to another country this would be the greatest shock when being in a country you don't speak the language.

Everything was clean. The double bed was just two single beds put together. The provided towels were good and plentiful. However, the amount of shower gel/shampoo was insufficient for two people. We could only find one open power outlet to put our chargers, which was an inconvenience, but maybe we missed others. Biggest complaint would be the absence of a fan (ceiling or standing) so it was quite hot in the room, the windows did not have protection from bugs so we did not open them. The location is quite good, it‘s close to the bus station, you can get to Venice in 30 minutes. The personnel was friendly and let us stay in the lobby before we could check in. Overall, for the price we cannot really complain, a fan would have made the experience a lot better though.

This is a wonderful property! The room was consummate Italian -- with gorgeous artistiuc details! Though it was very small, there was no amenity overlooked. And, it was so perfectly put together, a remarkable use of a small space. I would say that this room would not work for a larger person, but for me, it was Goldilocks -- just right! The Front Desk personnel recommended a great restaurant for dinner and were extremely helpfful in my continued travel planning -- train and taxi. The breakfast was abundant with every choice readily available and attentive and congenial servers. All in all, I heratily recommend this gem of a hotel in Mestre, and will return as soon a s possible.

I stayed here in October for 5 days. The hotel was perfect and had everything I needed. It was extremely clean and well kept, and affordable! The location is perfect if you don't want to stay right in Venice on the island. A great breakfast every morning and the train and bus are very easy to access to get you to anywhere. The best part -Alex!! She was so kind and helped me with planning everything I wanted to do. I was traveling alone and she went above and beyond to make my stay incredible!! We went out of the city on a prosecco tour that blew me away. It was so nice to see the beautiful countryside. I can't say enough about how great it was for me!! I hope to go back again!! Thank you so much Alex!!!

We had three beautiful nights in this hotel, not to confuse with the similar hotel in the middle of Venice! We had family composition numbers 106 and 107 connected by a ballet. The rooms are spacious, fireplace and very beautiful dressed. Daily cleaning is done! Breakfast is extensive and delicious. The service of the hotel staff is most amazing, super friendly and very helpful. Public transport (train and bus) is 400 mt away. This is how you come to Venice in 15 minutes! We will certainly come back here again!

The price is cheap, the surrounding environment is also safe; the surrounding area is a residential area of the town, food and transportation are convenient; it is convenient to take a bus or take the train to Venice; take the airport bus and get off at the airport by 5-6 minutes; room comparison For a long time, the room is small, you can stay for one night, you can't stand it for too many days; the elevator is very small, 2 girls and 2 29-inch boxes are full; 11:00 to the hotel, you can't check in early; the hotel must keep a passport when you check in. . When you go out to play, you have to give the key to the front desk, in order to get your passport back, and come back to take the key with the front desk... I don’t know what this operation means~

We spent one night here and enjoyed it. We were greeted in a very kind and hospitable way by a gentleman who after check-in accompanied us to the room explaining all its features and how everything works. Breakfast due to Covid-19 must be eaten in the room and we found it ready on a tray because all the foods are packaged. Only coffee can be taken at the entrance where there is a small kitchen with a pod machine. Unfortunately we did not find the glasses to drink the juice, the cups for the coffee and not even the knives to spread the Nutella / Jam ... we hope to come back and to find that it was simply an oversight (it can happen) Very nice room with bed comfortable. Large bathroom with spacious shower. All very clean and cared for! Accommodation a stone's throw from the station and close to many services. The only flaw: all paid parking and there are no free ones. Recommended B&B!
