La signora che ci ha accolte al check in, era davvero accogliente e cordiale, oltretutto ci ha fatto soggiornare in una delle camere nuove. Il signore alla reception al mattino, davvero cordiale e ci ha aiutate col taxi. Lo staff è davvero il top ma credo davvero che se si curasse di più la pulizia delle camere e l’attenzione al buffet per la colazione, diventerebbe uno dei migliori alberghi di Udine."

"I came here for the Udine far east film festival. The hotel is around 1km from train station and 2km from teatro nurvo. Which is quite easy to get on foot. The hotel have breakfast provided with boiled eggs and fruits and cornflakes corrisant. ..for the price I paid I'm satisfied. I recommend the gelato shop next to hotel and there is a coin laundry conveniently located next to hotel. Generally speaking the hotel staff are nice."

"ZTL 내에 있어서 차가 있다면 이용하기 좀 번거롭습니다. 호텔 건물은 오래 되었지만 아주 좋습니다. 주방 시설도 있고 샤워 부스도 좋았습니다. 주변에 꽤 저렴하고 좋은 식당과 베이커리, 커피숍 들이 많습니다. 카운터 운영이 6시까지라 밤 늦개 도착시에 리셉션에서 응대를 받지 못해서 체크인 하기가 너무 힘들었습니니다."
