GGuest UserWe've been coming every year for almost 20 years, except for last year. Unfortunately, no one notices that we've been coming for so many years. It's a shame. The pool would be great if it were a bit warmer. Otherwise, everything was great: service, breakfast, and a friendly staff. Everything was perfect for a great shopping trip ♥️

The only downside was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom when I first entered, but it disappeared afterwards.

EEspositoRitaCredo sarebbe preferibile avere più cura della pulizia e del buffet mattutino. La signora che ci ha accolte al check in, era davvero accogliente e cordiale, oltretutto ci ha fatto soggiornare in una delle camere nuove. Il signore alla reception al mattino, davvero cordiale e ci ha aiutate col taxi. Lo staff è davvero il top ma credo davvero che se si curasse di più la pulizia delle camere e l’attenzione al buffet per la colazione, diventerebbe uno dei migliori alberghi di Udine.
