Chiba City Hotels with Free Parking.

We absolutely love this hotel! This is in fact, our second stay at this hotel - Hirose and Sato were very friendly and welcoming!  The hotel is close to the station, They even have on onsen after tiring shopping day! I Would highly recommend booking this if you're looking for something close to the station!

It was spacious. I did not like the smell but I chose the smoking room so that was on me. It was a last minute booking and they were helpful. The tub is big. It's walking distance to the Chiba subway station and right across is a 7-11. Really great location

The team was incredibly attentive and super quick to respond to any needs. A special thanks to hotel team: I accidentally left stuff behind and only noticed at the airport. I stayed at Hotel Francs during JpGU 2026, and it was a very convenient experience. The location near Makuhari Messe was perfect for attending the conference, and it was easy to access the venue every day. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room, which made the stay even more relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to visitors attending events or conferences in Makuhari.

I traveled through Japan and Korea—10 different cities in 24 days—and this hotel was the best for me. The location, amenities, and breakfast were excellent. I would definitely return.

This stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The room itself was modern and cozy, very spacious, and incredibly well-lit. What impressed me most were the bed linens – they were incredibly soft yet supportive, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Furthermore, the staff's service was exceptionally professional and warm; every detail was meticulously taken care of, from check-in to check-out. The breakfast offered a wide variety, combining both Western and Chinese options, and the ingredients were fresh. All in all, this was an incredibly good value stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for leisure or business.

I chose this hotel specifically because of its long history, and it absolutely lived up to expectations! The lobby, corridors, elevators, and rooms all exude a grand 90s style, and the room doors even retain the old-fashioned key entry. My room also had a walk-out balcony with panoramic city views. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Kaihin-Makuhari Station. Around the station, there are many restaurants, and an outlet mall on one side. On the other side of the hotel, there's even a Sushiro. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and they offer luggage storage. The only minor drawback is that some of the authentic vintage fixtures, like the faucets, were a bit difficult to use. Also, the hotel follows environmental regulations, so they don't offer full daily room cleaning.

Excellent service, diverse facilities (manga display case, massage chair, complimentary drinks, etc.), a wide selection of breakfast options, very convenient location near Chiba Central Station, and spacious rooms. Highly recommended! 👍

Fabulous hotel. Get location for business travel or locals . But too far away from our family but the size of the rooms, onsen , breakfast buffet ( extra cost) & hospitality made up for it. Multiple train stations near by. Would stay again

there was a constant noise from a hole in the wall that i assume is for ventilation. the location is very close to the aeon mall and train station. the breakfast is small. you can get some more vegetables and soup at the self-serve area, but i could have eaten all the vegetables by myself. there's not much. i wouldn't call it a buffet. the taste was good, especially the eggs, but the self-serve vegetables tasted basic. i expected better since it's a restaurant, but it's really just a mid-range hotel breakfast. the coffee was also not tasty. there were no other fresh drinks, just water and a drink machine.
