"Like most Japanese hotels, the room was small but well-equipped, even coming with a mini-fridge. The service was excellent. It was also quite convenient to stay here for visiting Hitachi Seaside Park to see the nemophila flowers. It's just a few minutes' walk from Mito Station. Right in front of the hotel are the Sakura River and Senba Lake, where we saw wild ducks, swans, and black swans. It's about a 30-minute walk to Kairakuen Garden, a popular spot for locals to stroll and jog. I imagine it would be beautiful during cherry blossom season in spring and plum blossom season in winter."
"When I take a shower around ten o'clock in the evening, the hot water will be hot and cold.
But not in the afternoon and late at night
Other than that it's good
It’s a very cost-effective hotel
In addition, I only found out after checking in that there was an access control.
I hope the fact that there is an access control can be written on the hotel introduction."
"Located right across Mito station, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes were easily accessible. The rooms were also a decent size, and the reception staff were very helpful. Parking was 600 JPY a night just outside the hotel."
"The hotel is right next to JR Mito Station, surrounded by shopping district cinemas and convenience stores, which is very convenient. As an old hotel that has been open for a long time, the hotel facilities are well maintained, and the layout of the room is also pretty good, and it doesn't feel particularly depressing. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is also okay, and you can have some soba noodles. In short, it is still recommended for people who need to take a break in Mito but are too lazy to walk too much."
"The service staff is very friendly and kind, the hotel facilities are very clean and new, and the location is very convenient near the JR station and bus station. The room amenities are also very useful, and there are coffee and tea bags available in the lobby. Overall, I am very satisfied."
"I stayed here for one night on my way from Tokyo to Oarai.
Ibaraki Prefecture is offering a discount of up to 5,000 yen per night as part of a project to attract Korean tourists, so I was able to stay for a whopping 40,000 won in a 23m² room. The location is also convenient, as it is a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Mito Station, and there is a convenience store just across the crosswalk. The room was spacious, so the bathroom was spacious, and the room was spacious and cool. I also went to the coin laundry, which was also a midway point, but it was about a 10-minute walk. Still, it was worth going for a night walk.
Among the signboard holy places, there is only one cook pan on the Mito side, and it was nice that there was a bus that went there directly.
The Cheongju-Ibaraki route was revived this time, so I want to go again if Incheon-Ibaraki is also built."
"Bery convenient. The location is great, close to public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a decent variety. Overall, it’s a good value and a reliable choice for visitors."
"Very good breakfast buffet, with rolls, real butter!! Jams, salads, fruit and vegetables...
I'm a vegetarian, so I'm only listing what I ate. There was also meat and fish.
The breakfast was more extensive than in most 5 star hotels in Japan."
"It is not very near the train station but walkable. Lobby is very spacious and roomy. Staff are very attentive. Enjoyed the onsen a lot! The onsen amenities are good (yakult are offered after morning bath while ice cream are offered after dinner bath, there is also a room filled with manga for your entertainment next to the bath). We were given a corner room and the vent was very noisy. The bed is moderately hard and so were the pillows. However, upon request, they changed us another room without much hesitation. They are also very prompt with their service when extra pillows were requested."
"Staying near Mito Station on Saturday was 150,000 to 200,000 won, but I booked a smoking room for 7.7 10,000 won including breakfast. I asked for the removal of the smell of cigarettes, and there was an air purifier, so I didn't smell the smell at all. The twin bed was good, the bathroom was really small, but there was a shared bath, so it was refreshing to wash it. There was a fiber deodorant, so the smell van was neatly solved in the clothes I ate Okonomiyaki in the evening. It was next to Senba Lake, so it was nice to take a walk in the morning and evening. There are quite a lot of joggers. There are comic books and massage chairs in the lobby, and there are free soda and alcohol vending machines. It was the best. I would like to stay here again if I go to Mito next time."
