"This is my umpteenth stay here. Whenever I have a layover before heading back home, I always book a night. The hot spring is incredibly relaxing, and the location is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options right downstairs. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to the terminal."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan. What stood out the most for me was the shuttle bus service. It made the whole trip so much easier, especially when going to and from the airport with luggage. It was very convenient and gave me peace of mind. I also really liked the room because it was much larger than I expected, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Everything was clean, tidy, and easy to settle into. Another highlight was the breakfast. It was simple but very satisfying, and it was nice to start the morning with a good meal before heading out. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. My experience was smooth, comfortable, and pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable hotel near Narita Airport."

"This hotel is truly heartwarming. It's located in Hibiya Park, very close to Shimbashi Station. The lobby on the 18th floor offers expansive views and feels bright and grand. We were given a room on the 27th floor, and we could even spot the tip of Tokyo Tower from our window. The room layout was well-designed and fully equipped, including a Japanese shower/bathtub. Although not huge, there was enough space to open two 24-inch suitcases. The twin beds were both 1.2 meters wide, a bit soft, but very comfortable to sleep on. There were plenty of breakfast options, including sashimi rice bowls, and you could help yourself to soft drinks in the lounge. Most of the guests were Westerners, and the staff's English was fluent, making communication smooth. The service was superb! Since our stay coincided with my daughter's birthday, we received a meticulously handwritten card from the hotel staff! We also got a birthday gift, and all our requests for the room were met. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo."

"The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable! It's close to the subway, making transportation very convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs, which is extremely handy. The surrounding area has a full range of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The decor might be a bit dated; there were some water stains on the wallpaper near the air conditioning vent. The chair was slightly old and peeling, but it had a cover. The room has sealed windows, allowing light in but no ventilation. The 24-hour front desk service was very enthusiastic! Overall, it was great!"

"This is my third time staying at KOKO. The hotel is conveniently located near Nishi-Kasai Station, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of food options in the restaurant street near the station, plus 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores downstairs, which is really handy!"

"The environment is very clean, and the rooms are compact but well-equipped. It's a bit like a guesthouse or hostel, with luggage storage available. You can pick up items in the common area, and the overall feeling is great. Plus, there's always staff on duty even late at night, so it never closes."

"The location is very convenient, but the nearest subway exit doesn't have an elevator. You need to do your research beforehand, otherwise, you'll end up like me, rushing to catch a flight and taking the closest entrance, lugging your suitcase downstairs – it was exhausting. Within the Ginza area, shopping and dining are a breeze. Plus, if you walk towards Tsukiji, it's not the bustling Ginza at all; it's a very quiet neighborhood."

"The room was very compact, which is fairly normal for Tokyo, but keeping luggage open was definitely a challenge. I wouldn’t recommend the queen bed for two plus-size guests, as space is quite limited. The location is great, away from the busy city center but still close and convenient to get into Tokyo. One downside was the lack of full room cleaning; only towel changes were offered, which felt a bit letdown for a multi-night stay. Amenities were decent and what you’d expect from a business hotel. There’s also a common coin laundry just a block away, which is convenient since the hotel doesn’t provide one. Overall, it was good value for the price, and staying here is a great way to be more budget friendly while remaining close to central Tokyo."

"The staff's service was excellent and very friendly; they helped with every query. The dining area and kitchen at the entrance are very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and clean. I would have preferred to be able to control the air conditioning in my room, but it was a central system. They allowed us to store our luggage and belongings downstairs because we had many bags, which was very much appreciated, as was their service for receiving deliveries. I would repeat my stay here in the future because of these positive aspects."

"This hotel, opening in 2026, is brand new with excellent facilities and is very clean. It's conveniently located with great transport links and plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants nearby. Although the hotel doesn't serve dinner, you can easily grab hot buns and other items from the convenience store right next door."
