Busan Hotels with Hot Tub

Nice room and super clean. The location is ok but a bit far from the city centre. Anyhow, area surrounding is nice to walk and see. We were very impressed how cleanliness the room was 10/10 on cleanliness and recommended!

Nice central hotel right on the beach. The room was large, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The mini bar was free once per stay, there was still water, sparkling water and a pack of Pringles. Unfortunately there were a lot of children in the pool area, so swimming or relaxing was hardly possible. It would be good if the pool was only open to adults in the evening hours. The staff were very friendly. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

This was my first time doing non-face-to-face check-in, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to check in properly when I arrived, but it was convenient because I was able to check in right away by scanning the QR code and taking the elevator with the password I received. Since it's a relatively new accommodation, the facilities, bedding, and bathroom were well-organized, and the living room and kitchen were spacious and clean, which made me feel good. The location is in the busy Haeundae area, so it's convenient to visit restaurants, markets, and Haeundae. After checking out the next day, I left my luggage at the luggage storage and went back to the market one more time. The Haeundae streets are well-organized, so there are many things to see and eat, and there are many cute props, so I plan to visit again, and this is my accommodation choice^^ Thank you for making such pleasant memories.

Pros: The location was good. On the ground floor, there is an e-mart and parking. If you are in a hurry, you can have express check-out. The Neighborhood is lively. The beach is just 10 minutes' walking distance. Cons: Parking entrance is a bit difficult.

I recently stayed at a hotel and I must say that my experience was quite good! The facilities were excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel provided high-quality toiletries and towels. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big relief in the hot weather. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch. The gym was well-equipped and had a variety of machines and weights to choose from. The swimming pool was also fantastic, with crystal-clear water and a beautiful view of the city skyline.

My 80 yo father and I had a good stay at the Ramada. The proximity to Busan train station was a plus, as was the Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts on either side of the hotel entrance. The cost of the rooms is quite nominal which is evident in the cheap grade of cotton towels they provide. They do not have wash clothes or provide bathroom amenities, but they have a vending machine in lobby to purchase said items. They also have coin laundry, which we used with no problem. The room was clean with the exception of the blinds that close off the bathroom from the bedroom, it was dusty. The bathroom was tiny but satisfactory. The hotel has a great rooftop view with a pool. Chinatown is right across the street but we did not explore it due to the long hours of tours we were doing. Not a bad stay for the cost.

5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. Hotel is in the building on far right in pic.

Thankful for the complimentary water! The soap and shampoo was also good. They do not provide complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste so can bring your own.
