"Good hotel with convenient location. The room is large, there is a refrigerator and a safe, no kettle or slippers. Air conditioning in heating mode allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature (we were there in winter). Not bad breakfast for Morocco."

"Great hotel with an international vibe ; doesn’t feel like Morocco/ Marrakesh once you get to the rooms though. It’s a little bit far from the Medina (about 45 min walk) so we took a taxi back and forth almost each time. - the breakfast buffet was 5/5 really awesome and lots of choices . - rooms have been renovated and changed so pictures online are wrong . We asked for a room change and got it right away. - there are 2 areas with pools , it your room is in building 3 you don’t have the right pool view unless you want peace and quite ."

What is not clear is that the Ctrip order did not mention that there is a fee for arriving at the store, but the store still charged 120 dirhams of city tax."

"Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty."

"Due to heavy snow, we returned to Marrakech. We hurriedly booked this hotel in the middle of the night. I was pleasantly surprised. The price was not expensive. I booked a triple room for one night. It even included breakfast, which was pretty good! The room was also quite big and standard. Not bad!"
