Baguio Hotels with Free Parking.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The staff were very attentive and always with a smile, even the security guards. The hotel has a beautiful garden, so Eryll and Krystel of the front desk made sure we get the best garden view room available and accommodated our request for a microwave. The room size was huge and the air-conditioning can be very cold but with a fan mode. We had a very restful sleep all throughout our stay with beds, pillows and sheets being super comfortable. The daily housekeeping and supply of drinking water were appreciated. I enjoyed my daily visits to the spa room enjoying the clean sauna that heats up quickly and the jacuzzi too. Baguio is known for its fresh and inexpensive vegetables so I appreciated that the Concierge has shuttle services that can buy these for its guests. I'm happy too that the hotel has an on-site ATM, on-site Ev charging ports and is wheelchair accessible. With coordination, I'm grateful that Ley of the valet service took great care of unplugging the charging cable and transferring the car in the middle of the night while I continue my sleep. Maybe on our next visit, i can listen to the band that plays nightly while I enjoy my fave drink 👌

This was my third visit to Baguio. My first and second stays were at SotoGrande Baguio, but this time I decided to try something different. For both, my main criterion was an outdoor heated pool. While the pool at SotoGrande was somewhat usable, the one at Newtown Plaza felt more like a pool meant to be looked at from the restaurant. It's not really for swimming, or at least it seems a bit difficult to use. Newtown Plaza seems to have more history and their buffet is quite popular. However, since I really want to use a pool even in cold Baguio, I might just go back to SotoGrande next time!

Stayed for 2 nights at Sotogrande Baguio and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a bit early before the check-in time, and the receptionists, Ms. Kiev and Ms. Mar was very accommodating and honest in updating us about the room status. Since the room was still being prepared, we decided to have lunch first at the restaurant. Ms. Jo from the restaurant was also very attentive and helpful in taking and serving our orders. What truly stood out was when Ms. Kiev personally went to the restaurant just to hand over our room key once the room became available. Such a simple yet thoughtful gesture was highly appreciated. Kudos to the entire Sotogrande Baguio staff for the excellent hospitality and special shout-out to “Boss D” of the F&B Department. Thank you for making my birthday get-away more comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

I booked a room without a view, so I was worried it would be dark and windowless. However, the room had large windows and even a balcony! The only reason there wasn't a view was because of the building next door, but there was plenty of natural light. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was included and offered a buffet. As it's a residence-style room, there's a microwave and cooking utensils, though some items like knives and cutting boards weren't provided. Housekeeping was daily. The hotel is also close to many tourist attractions, which I highly recommend.

It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

The room is spacious enough for two people. However, there’s only one chair and one portable table installed on the wall that cannot be used for heavy items or bags. There are no cabinets or at least a table to put our things. Our things were all scattered on the floor. Toiletries were provided but not enough mats to wipe the moisture on the floor. There are no free indoor slippers too. The worst part for me is the lack of bidet. It is already 2026 yet they haven’t at least installed a bidet. The internet connection is weak and slow. There is a smart tv but you really have to wait for it to load. The location is okay and just a few minutes walk from Burnham. Their Legarda branch is way better than this one. Might as well look for another accommodation that is closer to burnham or session road, and more affordable.I don’t find this worth it of what we paid. We availed the room with queen-size bed so we were not able to experience a good view of the street from our room.

Terrible entrance, entry through basement carpark, needed to walk up 3 floors of stairs and no convenient stores nearby. The idea of walking sort of like under construction site is scary enough. Hotel was ok…location terrible.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners

Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom. The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.
