"Staff: Wonderful hotel with professional staff. My booking was originally a king size bed but I requested a twin. They did everything to met my needs. After a long flight I wasn’t in my best mood and they did understand and deal with me with respect and understanding. Room: simply wonderful as usual.. this is my fourth or fifth stay and I’M will be always my home in Manila."

"My recent stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The biggest highlight is definitely the roof deck pool—it’s superb, offering stunning views of the skyline and sunset. It truly feels like the perfect city escape. The hospitality here is five-star, no question. "REVIEW FOR MY FIRST DAY OF STAY I booked this hotel because I have once been an art teacher and I'm curious to see the first art hotel in the Philippines. I experienced a few issues but all were addressed mainly due to the help of the manager, Ms Christina. I will cite the first two issues I encountered and how the management and staff addressed them: 1. There was a delay in heck in. I arrived almost exactly at 2pm but it took more than 40 minutes for the room to be prepared. But they did agree that I will be allowed to check out late. Ms Christina offered a late check out of till 1pm. 2. I experienced a delay with regard to the use of the free shuttle service. I will not go into the details but what happened was I and the driver were not able to leave immediately because the driver had to attend to certain things which took perhaps 15 minutes to resolve. I became frustrated and annoyed because I was trying to catch a competition so time was of the essence. The manager and the driver later on explained and apologized to me regarding what happened and they were sincerely sorry about it. To be continued on my 2nd day review...."

"Booked the suite it was a good size and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did however have some delay in getting the room for a large group but all in all the stay waa good. PS. Wouldn't not recommend the rooftop bar."
