AAnonymous UserWe had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasnât crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool â very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasnât a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay â would definitely return!

One staff member went out of her way to assist me with laundry in the middle of the night and provided all the amenities I needed. The room design was also impressive, with a simple kitchen that allowed me to wash and dry dishesâvery convenient. The only slight downside was needing to take two lifts to reach my room from the lobby, but it wasnât a big issue. Overall, the thoughtful service and well-designed room made the stay truly enjoyable.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Ascott Makati. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Makati, with easy access to shopping, dining, and business areas.
The service was another highlight. Staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpfulâespecially the doormen, who went out of their way to assist guests.
The only downside during my stay was the ongoing construction near the entrance, which made access a bit more challenging and required a short extra walk. However, the staff managed the situation well and were always available to guide and assist.
Overall, Ascott Makati delivers on comfort, service, and location. Iâd definitely stay again once the construction is complete.

DDaisy Yong NCMy recent stay at the property was extremely disappointing and troublesome. During my stay, the electricity was cut from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and there was no proper communication from either the management or the owner regarding this. Thankfully, Trip.com assisted me in handling the issue, but the coordination from the property itself was very poor.
Each room seems to be in a different condition. Although the room I stayed in this time was slightly better than the one I had previously, the overall experience still did not match the price I paid.
I stayed for 7 nights because I had personally disinfected the entire room and preferred to remain there. However, I was still forced to change rooms, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
What was most unacceptable was the number of cockroaches in the room, despite being on the 23rd floor. I have no idea how they appeared. But bed sheet and pillows are acceptable in the room.

GGuest UserWell I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years before Covid. I havenât been here since 2020. The staff is great. The location is good. The hotel it self is becoming run down. I mean the rooms. My sink in the bathroom did not drain well. Bathroom outdated and kinda dirty looking. They need to start renovating their rooms. The restaurant downstairs was good but after breakfast, dead. No good meals for dinner. They need to put some authentic Filipino food. Chicken/pork adobo pancit.

AAngel MilevThis was undoubtedly the best service weâve experienced from staff in the Philippines during our six years here, and we travel frequently. The reception team was the kindest and most knowledgeable weâve encountered, and the restaurant staff during breakfast was equally impressive. Kudos to the manager for clearly prioritizing excellent staff training at the hotel!
Hotel's amenieties are also exceptional - excellent, spacious rooms (studio type) even with a kitchenette; the swimming pool - really good for swimming, not the typical decorative stuff type; roof top bar with an excellent view; breakfast was nice with plenty of choices.
However, we werenât particularly fond of the surrounding area, which is dominated by pubs, bars, and related establishments. While this is beyond the hotelâs control, it makes the location less suitable for family travelersâa matter that falls under city managementâs responsibility. Restaurants in the hotel need to work on the meals choices they offer.
That said, the location is quite convenient, being just a 20-25 minute walk from Greenbelt, Manilaâs most modern district.
