"Overall, we had a wonderful time. The restaurant though is not that big to accommodate the hotel guests during breakfasf time, so if you go there around 7am or later, you may have to line up and wait for a long time."

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer complimentary connecting rooms for guests who book multiple rooms, as this option is not currently available on popular booking platforms like Trip or Agoda. This would make family or group stays much more convenient."

"I arrived past midnight and the reception and checkin attendants are very accommodating. The hotel is evidently new. Room is clean and the size is reasonable. Breakfast is more on a Chinese style. The air condition control is not properly working that the room temperature kept at freezing cold. I had to turn the air condition off sometimes. Overall experience is great, but I can only give a 4 out of 5 stars."

"The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport and offers shuttle service, which needs to be booked in advance. It's quite noisy at night due to its proximity to the main road, especially with the sound of motorbikes. I'd recommend requesting a room on the other side, away from the road. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor, but there are only about three or four dishes to choose from."

"I’ve had a wonderful stay at your hotel—everything has been excellent. The amenities are great, and I really enjoyed the refreshing drinks and coffee at the lounge. "Stayed for 4 nights over the past weekend. The connection to Ayala Mall is a plus point. The service of the restaurant staff must be commended. One of the day, the room was not cleaned up. Another day, a wet bathroom mat was placed on the sofa (yekks). The eco-green card that i placed on my sheets went missing. There is a musky smell in the corridor on some levels, esp. L5, where it is connected to the pool. Additionally, there is a sewage smell emanating from a corner of the family room. The soundproofing of the window and door is not good, I can hear noise from the corridor and from the swimming pool. The breakfast is good, with a reasonable selection, albeit not much change over the days."

"The front desk service was good , upon checkin i forgot to check there is cash deposit, but this is understandable for a condotel staying . Thats fair. The room is very spacious it perfect for family size. Downside I really expect to get room facing okada, i assumed all offered rooms regardless of the type as posted in tiktok or other social media platform . So i duno if it has to booked in other apps to get those view The other buildings on pacific side , looks like abandoned building , im at 32nd floor it looks creepy when i opened my window, it reminds me of horror story. The bathroom getting flooded when you used the shower. The pool at the 2F was alright, i havent touched the gym. But 2 facilities are enough tp accommodate quick staycation I wld recommend to booked premium room to enjoy the bayview. But for quick stay like i did. What you pay, is what you get. ."

"One of the most disappointing Go Hotels branches in the Philippines. It urgently needs a major renovation since the rooms are showing signs of disrepair. Also, since it's located in a busy intersection, it can get very noisy at night due to traffic. The only good thing is the reception. Robinsons should renovate this place."

While you can hear trains and airplanes from the window, which might be challenging for light sleepers, it wasn’t an issue for us. The room was decent, though it could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. I appreciated having hot water available 24/7. Service was good, even though we didn’t have much interaction with the staff. There are no extra amenities, but it delivers a straightforward hotel stay. Overall, it was a great value for the price. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it such a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect — right near the bay area, so it was super easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Whether for sightseeing or shopping, I never had any trouble getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the food! The menu was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I loved my time at Sequoia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in Manila Bay."
