"I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be mixed. The room itself was decent, and the staff were accommodating and polite whenever I interacted with them. However, there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. First, the shower area does not have a glass door or divider, which causes water to flood into the bathroom and reach the sink area every time you shower. It’s inconvenient and makes the bathroom messy and slippery. Second, while the room has a cabinet, there were no hangers provided at all, which was surprising. The location is greta though, few meters walk to starbucks and some good restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the housekeeping service. I had to ask the front desk twice around 1:00 PM to have my room cleaned. When I returned an hour later, the room was still not done. Overall, while the staff are friendly and the room is okay for a short stay, the lack of attention to detail and the slow service are things the hotel definitely needs to improve."

"Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC."

"Food not splendid. Only drank coffee. Alot of food is not available even when ordering ala carte. Walkable distance to megamall but not really near. Not recommended for female as you have to walk through dark areas. Very congested (car wise) Good side is room is nice, clean. Aircon cold."

"I had a pleasant experience at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas. My first room had a small issue with the mini fridge, but the staff was quick to respond to my issue and helped me move to a new room. The location was good for my business needs, and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel for people traveling on a budget for business."

"Good location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. You can leave your luggage with the staff after checking out if your flight is in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience."

"It has been multiple times that I’m visiting this hotel, nothing has been change aside the buffet breakfast, one of the remarkable this hotel has to offer aside from the spa is their buffet breakfast that has a lot of variety, and options but today I’m a bit disappointed, I’m looking for their starters but unfortunately it’s all has brown, they don’t serve the cheesy dynamite, same options lng kaya mukang marami, before they do have the corned beef, sausages I mean super sarap sa eyes Pati ung coffee nila out of order, kaya nakakad since I’m a coffee lover but kuddos to their TV they have NETFLIX AND YOUTUBE na kaya kahit papano we enjoy the room dati kc pang old school ung tv nila na may mga channels. But overall it’s fine sana lng ibalik nila ung super yummy na breakfast."
