"Exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean and relaxing. I requested a quiet room (away from the stairs or elevator) upon booking, but it seemed my request had been overlooked and we were given a room near the elevator. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful. We were transfered to another room while waiting at the lobby. I didn't have any concerns with the room we occupied. We had the good rest that we came here for. It was helpful that it was walking distance to SM East Ortigas, just that traffic on the way is of course an issue as the road is a very busy raod. Anyway, if a quiet and confortable place is what you're after, this is a place to be. Working TV and Netflix is a very big plus too! I will definitely check in again if I come past this area."

"We typically booked a suite and this time, we want to try a studio stype here in Pasig. Overall we still had a great 1 night stay here in Privato, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. There some features we did not have since it is a studio type. This is much suitable for Barkadas and who much want to just hangout. You might not gonna need a TV because you are chit chatting and scrolling your FB feeds. There still cable channels but its limited. You need to order on app or eat outside because the room is only suitable for good amount of cold drinks. Your kids gonna love the pool and adults might hate it 😉. But we have a good sleep as their bed soft and big for a queen.The RoofDeck is a good place for us to ease stress and to relax coz they have a couch and ash trays 😉 Thank you Privato 😉"

"Discovery Suites always hold a special place in my heart since my former company is located in the same building. We loved our 1st overnight stay before but, this one exceeded our expectations. The room is spacious, utilities were well provided but to top it all, they went the extra mile to prepare a sweet surprise for our daughter's birthday. I just requested for a message to be flashed on the TV or something but, they decorated the place and even prepared a sweet treat for her! She was overjoyed! Will definitely be back soon!"

"Had an extended stay, transferred to a twin bed this time. Surprisingly, the room was more spacious than that of the superior king. Enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s rest. Would recommend staying here, whether you’re on a budget or not. Suggestion: for a better experience, you might want to choose a room that’s near the elevator just for convenience and easier access to the water dispenser as well. 😉 As for food, choices within the vicinity are unlimited. Whether you opt for mall food, Korean, Filipino, Japanese cuisine or fast food, everything is within easy reach. Plus, Starbucks is conveniently located at the ground floor for your daily coffee fix. 😊"

"I love the cleanliness and how they made everything white. The tiles used on the flooring (room, bathroom) are easy to clean using a rag when wet. I also enjoyed my lunch at Mandala Restaurant (offers mediterrenean food like Chicken/Beef/Shrimp Biryani and Filipino food) located on the ground floor. I also had a good refreshing drink in the morning at Highlands Coffee (24hours open) which is just 5 mins away from the hotel. Beside it is Lawson Convenience Store."

"Although rooms with garage parking are actually available upon arrival, the online booking system shows that no parking is available. Because of this, guests are required to pay an additional parking fee when they get to the property. When you compute the total cost, it ends up being almost the same as the regular rate, making the online discount essentially meaningless. This was very disappointing, especially since the listing states that free parking is included as an amenity."

"Food not splendid. Only drank coffee. Alot of food is not available even when ordering ala carte. Walkable distance to megamall but not really near. Not recommended for female as you have to walk through dark areas. Very congested (car wise) Good side is room is nice, clean. Aircon cold."
