Many days later... after searching for weeks, finally found a place to celebrate my daughter's first birthday, found the place is Camelot hotel, we can use King Hall to celebrate. The coordinated staff (sorry I forgot her name) was very attentive and able to handle all my needs and questions. Besides, the package I ordered was budgeted and the place to party was perfect for the theme of my daughter's birthday. The food was delicious and I loved everything they offered. Location is close to abs-cbn (the largest TV station in the Philippines), very convenient.

If you’re looking for an affordable hotel with a cozy environment, then this hotel is highly recommended. I love the choice of food for its breakfast buffet and the comfort of their bed is something to look forward to. I will definitely go back and stay in this Hotel.

Sequoia Hotel Upon checking in, I was asked how many will be staying in the room and I said 3. The receptionist pointed out that breakfast is just for 2 of which, I didn’t have a problem with. He asked for payment for 2 nights which I paid using my card and asked for Php 2000 cash deposit which I said I’s rather be put on hold from my card. Oddly enough, we were only given 1 key. I thought maybe there was already a card placed in the card switch socket in the room but when we got there, there was none. So, was the assumption is that we each one of us open the door every time someone goes out and comes back? I requested for an extra key which took time so I made another follow up. After a couple of mins wait, someone knocked and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but 2 staff were holding out 2 keycards when I opened the door. Seriously? Room was small but nice. There was an electric kettle and cups, the usual hotel set up but they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea set up. A small thing for Php 4200 per night rate. On our second night, when we came back from a wedding, it was so upsetting to discover that our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I asked reception why and she said the key expired. Again - seriously? You get 2 nights room payment but cut the key for 1 night??? The lady didn’t even apologize but rather, said she will check on the person on duty when I checked in. Then - no updates already. After the key incident, imagine finally being able to access our room and discovering that it wasn’t cleaned. I called reception, spoke to a guy and again, I was told that “he will check on Housekeeping”. When asked if my assumption is correct that all our rooms remain uncleaned, he said “most probably, yes.” WHAAAAAAT? Waited and waited to nothing so I called again and a lady answered. She told me yes that they are already checking on what happened………….. so I asked her what I should do - am i waiting for someone to clean? Am i waiting for their feedback on what happened? Ang labo. Also reported na din our AC that doesn’t cool and is noisy. In fairness, Maintenance people went up right away. But they just told us that “every so often, when the AC / room reaches it’s max temp, the AC goes to eco mode”. What are they talking about? The AC never reached a cool mode since we checked in 24 hours ago. Room attendant finally arrived and cleaned our rooms one by one. Of course, we have to do room hopping while cleaning was on going. Convenient right? Not. Cleaning was so-so - used cups were not replaced. You’d still see a paper on the floor. Bathroom sink wasn’t wiped. But then, at least the room was “refreshed” for the night. Too many on duty on a Saturday at the front desk - apart from the 2 ladies (there was a 3rd too) at the desk. There were 2 gentlemen walking around the lobby, doing nothing. Great place to stay, close to many resturants and hospitals. Can to QC for training and will stay hrre again. Rooms are great, staff is very freindly. You will love staying here. Lobby is very nice with coffee shop right beside. Order the milk coffee.

Been staying at Studio 89 Residences for the past few days and feeling grateful for the complete amenities, the very helpful staff, and the classy room interiors. Have been a fan of details and I really appreciate how the furniture was selected, arranged sleek and classy, and comfortable. Thankful for the uber helpful and friendly staff! Always bringing my heavy stuff straight to the room. Indeed one call away. It’s situated minutes away from convenience stores, UP and Ateneo, UP Town Center, several good eats, and with 2 nearby hospitals in case of emergencies. Easy to find for your deliveries too! The Studio 89 Residences, indeed a home away from home.

when we were running out of a venue to hold our business meeting in december, oracle hotel gladly accommodated us despite the short notice. although they were also short staffed because of simultaneous events being held, the manager did not hesitate to join her service crew and cheerfully delivered what was written in our contract. wifi was stable. the sound system did not fail us. and the food met our gastric expectation. to top it all, their ensaymada was really worth relishing, as promised.

Went back again here sa ACL Suites and I may say, madami ng nagbago kahit papano. The room I got has a bidet already and their internet has improved (hindi na sya lag and of course free. Hehe). Napakalinis din ng room nila. Also, special mention kay Sir Ralf na lahat ng request naming, ambilis dumating. Kudos! Sana wag magbago ung service nila and mamaintain nila. The food was really great! Must have ang Vegetable Kare Kare nila at ang Beef Caldareta nila. Sobrang sarap. Yung Hot Choco nila, must have din. Legit na legit at hindi lasang local brand. I hope na sa pagbalik ko, their facilities will be upgraded such as their restaurant and the rooms. It’s really outdated and needs upgrade na talaga. Thanks ACL Suites!
