Okay na for a budget hotel. Just do not expect too much. If you're going to a concert in araneta, goods sya isang tawiran lang. Just give it a try!

So nice and their staff is super accommodating, and this place is perfect if you plan to watch concert or activities in Araneta Coliseum

The best of Dreamworld Cubao is their staff. The front desk staffs and the guard are so welcoming and accomodating. Another great is the location, few steps away from Gateway and Araneta. The shower has cold and hot water option. I love the bed and pillows. The room may be too dark. The TV and wifi not working.

The room is very dirty. There are cigarette ashes on the table and the room reeks of cigar. I asked for a change of room but can't accom because they said it is full. They just sent someone to clean but despite sending 2, the room was not cleaned very well. It was also noisy because the staff staying in 2nd level are chattering and playing loudly. You can even hear rats coming from the ceiling and there are even cockroaches. 🤮 This is one of my worst experience. Will NEVER stay again here even though it is near everything.

The room is good but the wifi connection is poor.

This is my second time here and they never fail to surprise me with their service, i can compare them to 4 star hotels, for a very cheaper price. Will surely be back soon.

Spent one night here via Trip.com. Accessible sa location ko. Okay ang service, very accommodating ang front desk personnel. Hot/col water, super perfect! Hindi lang functioning ang TV, pero okay at naka-rest naman. Thank you!

I have always had a pleasant stay at the hotel except for yesterday. When we checked in, they gave us a room with a broken AC and no socket for the TV. Then I called the reception, and they transferred us to a room with a broken toilet and not-so-cleaned bathroom. Besides, they didn't have a remote control for the television. I'm just tired of calling the reception again and again because I need to go to work at 2 pm, and when I get back at 12 midnight, that's when I noticed that the toilet is broken and unable to flush. I have very high expectations of this hotel, and unfortunately, this is not what I was expecting. Moving forward, always check your rooms before assigning them to guests to avoid any inconvenience on your guests' part and on your part as well. Thank you.

Do not get the cheapest option. Quite a dingy hotel. Thankfully the toilet and aircon was working. Had 3 power outages during our 4 night stay there. No complementary shampoo and they only give water on the first day.

Affordable room and good thing the location is just located around the Cubao area.

hotel is very old, ac is working but it does not have a front case in it and sounds like your in a boat riding competition, floor is bit dirty, some led light were broken, however locqtion wise is great and the staff were all beyond great.

I booked a hotel room for me and my friend but he didn't tell me the room number and I can't access my booking because they can't modify the name of the guest but we requested a special request to the hotel to give me access to check in and entering the room but they can't assist me although I paid all payment.

Rooms are old and with cockroaches. Aircon doesn't work. Hotel staff are kind and accommodating.
