"We stayed for a night before going to Cagbalete Island. The port to the island is around half kilometer from the hotel.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor. If you wanted outside food, there are convenience stores and eateries around.
Best things are the free WiFi, hot shower, and free breakfast.
The staff are really nice and the food is good. :)"

"Its good hotel, nice to stay but what i observe at dto ako nadisgrasya, yong water from the shower goes s amay ilalim ng toilet bowl kaya nabagsak ako at nadulas. hope ma fix nila yon separate ila yong flow ng water from the shower"

"Pool is cloudy. Other stores have better longganisang Lucban. Old scratched wooden floors and peeling wall paint. The dumplings at the Chinese restaurant was the best. They didn't charge corkage for the cake delivered through Food Panda. No Grab Car, need to take a bus or 2 jeepney rides to SM. Overall, good place to stay."

"I recently stayed at Urbantel in Lucena and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is perfect — right at the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and key landmarks. It's very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure.
The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. I appreciated the minimalist design and the efficient use of space. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is a big plus. The bathroom was also spotless and well-maintained, with strong water pressure and hot water available.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also liked that they had security in place, which made me feel safe during my stay.
One small area for improvement might be the parking, which can be a bit limited especially during peak hours. But overall, my experience at Urbantel was very pleasant, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Lucena.
Highly recommended for those looking for clean, affordable, and conveniently located accommodations in the city!"

"We stayed overnight at Marikit Suite, Batis Aramin. The resort side houses a number of villas. The rooms are well-kept. Upon entering the room, it feels like you are entering a spa. This is great for families who wish to escape ftom the hustle-bustle of city life. Definitely, you are close to nature when you are here. The staff are polite, responsive, but unobtrusive. I'll definitely come back."

"Our family truly had a wonderful experience here. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing, and check-in was fast and hassle-free. "I hope that the rooms will undergo upgrades to improve their quality. Additionally, it is concerning that there are consistently insects, such as cockroaches, present in the rooms. The presence of these pests can greatly diminish the comfort and hygiene of the accommodation. Furthermore, the pervasive noise is also a source of disturbance, detracting from the overall experience. These issues need to be addressed promptly to ensure guest satisfaction."
