PPurrThe location is excellent and quiet.
The staff is very friendly.
A few downsides:
slow internet, constantly dropping out.
The renovations are long overdue, everything is so tired. Not very clean. There's a kettle, but it doesn't have an outlet, so I had to place it on the floor between the beds to use it.
The wall-mounted air conditioner is extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it on. Furthermore, it's installed in such a way that there are gaps around it.
Overall, the price doesn't match the quality. For $20 it would be fine, but for $100 it's absolutely not.

DDonato JrWe always had a great time staying at this hotel, but the location is far from downtown. I hope next year they will fix the hot water in the shower and provide mosquito repellent in the room. I also hope the construction by the pool will be completed next year, and that there are no windows in the new building they are constructing, as it would be intrusive if someone could watch you swimming in a swimsuit. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff at Queen Margarete are nice.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is big help for my family because they want to go to Kamay ni Hesus but the stay in the hotel was okay because the room in the hotel has no WiFi, air-conditioning is broken, there is no electric fan as well, the bidet holder is broken, the water heater is hard to manoeuvre, the door knob lock at the terrace is broken. Feels like there is no maintenance or improvement in that room. We hope that next time there is a solution for this. Thank you Monica for assisting the booking.

GGuest UserThe experience was truly superb! We were picked up at the port right on time, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The receptionist was very kind and professional, and the chef did an amazing job. We didn’t bring any food and fully trusted the chef—and we’re so glad we did because the meals were absolutely delicious. We traveled as a big family with lots of kids and a senior, and even though the weather wasn’t great at the time, our stay still became the highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back again in the future. 😊

GGuest UserThe establishment had cockroach sightings in several areas, including the bed, bathroom, breakfast buffet, and hallway. We will not return to this establishment. A health inspection is necessary, and the facility should be corrected due to the unsanitary conditions found.

Но вот сам номер ужасен, маленький без окон и ночью даже кислород в крови у меня понизился, нечем было дышать.. пришлось включать кондей на полную и дверь входную на распашку. Также дверь в туалете не закрывается из-за маленького размера уборной. И душ заливает весь пол в туалете, т.к. нет бордюра, отделяющего душевую от туалета.

GGuest UserThe staff was accommodating during our stay, and the Wi-Fi was good. I would rate the cleanliness 3 out of 5 because it was good but not excellent. The hot shower was working properly, but the bathtub was not. Power outages can be an issue since they do not have a generator. One of the best parts of our stay was the free access to the swimming pool.
