From reception to housekeeping to restaurant, the staff are professional, friendly and actively engaged in making the customers stay an enjoyable experience. A superb breakfast buffet to start your morning , coming back to s very clean and welcoming room. To having a light repast at affordable prices in the evenings. The location was great for our stay to go to Arninge [Täby] , Stockholm etc. Based upon our stay this time we will not hesitate to book again.

We stayed 4 nights in June 2023, choosing a ”Superior Room”. It's a solid 4 star choice - not outstanding but perfectly satisfactory. The room was large. with an absolutely amazing view of the bridge and the water. The beds were very comfortable. There is no air conditioning so the room got very hot. The shower was good (no bath). The location is good near a bus stop giving easy access around the island or back to Stockholm. Journey to Stockholm Central is only 20 minutes despite requiring a bus and train. Breakfast was about the standard I expected, though a smarter hotel would have had fresh croissants instead of leathery ones. It had the same wonderful view as our room but a lot of noise (at this season at least) from children running around and screaming. Special mention goes to the lifts which were fast and smooth and never made us wait. Facilities were a bit basic. No fridge or safe, tiny wardrobe. Tea and coffee in the room was so-so - a decent range for making instant but, mysteriously, nothing to stir with. The table tennis was excellent with good bats and balls available to use with no fuss. (There were other games I didn't use). Overall a good choice both for Lidingo and as a value offer for seeing Stockholm. Service was attentive. When I pointed out that the bedside lights had stopped working, they got it fixed within the day.

This should not be listed as a hotel as it’s more of a hostel. We arrived on the first of May late in the night. We got our keys from reception and when we got to the room it was filthy. The “clean” bedsheets had black stains on them, the curtains were hanging off, the bathroom was dirty and the mattresses were covered in unidentifiable stains. We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we didn’t even unpack and we went out to reception with our bags to hand back the keys. The women on the desk asked to see the room and after showing her the filthy room so said “ I can get new sheets”, we asked her if she would stay in a room like this and she answered no. If the room was clean before arrival then why would we need to change the bedsheets again? After speaking with the women on the desk she said she couldn’t refund us and there were no other rooms available for the night. We spoke to her colleague (jimmy) on the phone who also said he couldn’t help us other than to give a email to contact regarding a refund. We were left on our first night in Stockholm without accommodation and no help from the staff at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It cost us a lot of money to book somewhere else and not to mention it being after midnight by the time we got accommodation sorted. I have emailed the email given to me by reception and 6 days later, I still haven’t received a response. It’s disgraceful and so unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs

We stayed 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. I was contacted in advance about the earlier arrival time when we came really early in the morning by ship to Sweden. Check-in was promised for an additional fee at 12 o'clock. When we arrived at the place, we did not get this service, because the room had not been cleaned yet. 1.5 hours later, I tried to present my case to another person who worked at the respa, and this particular 69*6 did save our day and the trip by checking us in without charging for that service again. The room was clean and we got extra towels by asking the cleaners. The breakfast was comprehensive and filling. The hotel was within walking distance of Friends Areena. As we were leaving early in the morning, we still took the breakfast bags with us. The person 72*6 who helped us at the respa in the morning was extremely friendly. The room is a bit small, but the facilities are fairly complete. Toiletries are not provided. You have to go to the front desk to pay for them, and the bed type given by the front desk is not exactly the same as the one described in the reservation.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the commuter rail station, making it easy to reach the central station in just 10 minutes. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, offering convenience, tasty breakfast, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
