The facility is new. (1) there is a parking lot, those coming by car should be comfortable (2) the check-in process is fast, you do not have to wait (3) the staff is very polite and respectful (4) the hotel is new, everything is very clean and new (5) the room is very spacious, you do not get stuck (6) ) the bathroom is large and spacious (7) there are all kinds of sockets, an important detail (8) the breakfast is rich and the products are high quality (9) a little but not much in the city (10) price performance is very good. If I come again, I will stay at the same place because of the quality of service. There is no need to look for another place.

I stayed for 3 night and I have no problem recommending the Luiw Hotel. The staff spoke English and are exceptionally efficient in checking in and out and with great practical advice. This is especially helpful to find ones way around the city as it gets back on its feet after the 2023 earthquake. My room was well furnished and cool. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The treats in the room minibar were very welcome! The staff arranged a driver to take me around the sites I wanted to see in the city and the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended.
