The hotel is very old, in fact, it is really not worth the price, but it seems that the nearby hotels are similar and there is no choice at night! The breakfast packaged by Ctrip is not a buffet but a set meal. It is OK and full! The parking fee is too expensive. Ctrip said it was 40 US dollars. When I checked in, the hotel told me it was 48. After arguing with the front desk staff, they actually gave me a discount of 36 USD! But when I was looking for the elevator, they told me to go down the hall and turn left. We searched for a long time but couldn’t find it. Later, they came and said front desk left. It felt like they deliberately pointed me to the wrong way. The first feeling was immediately bad! There is an uncle from Guangzhou who has been in San Francisco for more than 20 years in the restaurant. He is very nice and speaks Cantonese with us. He immediately speaks Cantonese to us! On the last day, Zaizai caught a cold and didn’t go downstairs for breakfast, but he packed breakfast for us. It was very heartwarming 👍There are also many sisters who speak Cantonese when they are cleaning on holiday. They are all very nice! The hotel airport shuttle bus is very convenient, every 15 minutes! Overall, it feels good!

Everyone was super nice and it was very clean and they really tried their best to accommodate wishes. It is supposed to be in airport hotel so the location is not really close to anything it's at least 15 miles away from most of the attractions. It's in a very quiet area and you can go outside and walk near the large bodies of water. They also have a luggage room which you can use free of charge and is very secure. They do have water but they just have bottled water in the fridge at the front desk so you should kind of purchase your own water and advance otherwise if you get thirsty during the middle denied or something then you don't have. They did have a microwave which was nice and a bathtub which was very clean. I Their breakfast was very sparse and also not good if you have sensitivities or allergies because it was basically just cereal milk coffee juice a pancake/waffle maker and 1 or 2 different types of eggs and maybe a sausage. They also have bread that you can toast but realistically if you're a gluten free or you can't eat sugars or if you're diabetic then you should plan not to have the breakfast. Also some of the breakfast was actually very cold but they really try their best and they're very very nice and kind the staff I mean.

I booked this hotel for one night since I was flying into San Francisco in the evening and they offered an airport shuttle. I figured I would get a good night sleep before heading to Napa Valley for a family event. Let me begin by stating after a 5 1/2 hour flight from the East Coast, I landed at 8:15pm west coast time. I arrived at the shuttle station at 8:30 pm. I waited OVER AN HOUR for their airport shuttle. I called the hotel directly several times because I couldn’t understand why the shuttle had not arrived especially since I saw every hotel you can imagine drive to the hotel pick up location several times with the same exact driver. When calling the hotel there was absolutely no answer, I let the phone ring at times up to fifteen minutes. I finally got someone to pick up and he was so rude when I asked him the status of the shuttle. He kept cutting me off in mid conversation stating they only have one shuttle and it runs every 30 minutes, then he asked me where I was located and before I can finish telling him he would once again cut me off stating he only has one shuttle and the other hotels have many. So at this point I waited another 20 minutes which totals 45 minutes and I tried to call the hotel back again. This time, there was absolutely no answer. They obviously have caller ID and knew that it was me calling and why. Finally after waiting over an hour for the shuttle it arrived. I asked the shuttle driver if he was going to this hotel, (since there are two courtyards in the area and the address is not listed on the shuttle) even given him the address and he looked at me like I was crazy. He barely answered me so I had to repeat myself and then he said yes. He was very cold not welcoming and seemed annoyed that he had to drive me to the hotel. I couldn’t believe that he actually had signs up in the van stating tips are gladly accepted!!!! I know he could not possibly expect a tip when he dropped me off!!! I politely took my bag and kept moving inside. I finally arrived at the hotel at 10pm, because the shuttle is also shared with the Crown Plaza hotel and they were dropped off first. When I arrived at the hotel I was expecting them to be really busy especially since they didn’t answer the calls. To my surprise there was NO ONE CHECKING IN and the front desk representative was sitting there visibly relaxing on his cell phone! I was so exhausted I didn’t even get his name because I know that I’m going to receive a survey from Marriott and report all of this behavior. Non the less, I got checked in and arrived to my room which was very roomy, clean and really comfortable. I jumped in the shower and there was no body wash shower soap in the pump at all and only one bar of soap was provided in the bathroom at the sink. Also the shampoo pump was also empty and the conditioner was barely full. Next up, my room was about 4 rooms down from the elevator and I can actually hear the ding of the elevator in my room all nigh

The front desk service is very high and professional, and there are questions and answers to provide timely help. The hotel shuttle is very convenient to and from the airport and the driver is also enthusiastic. Overall a good experience

After a 12 hour transcontinental flight I arrived at Embassy Suites looking forward to a warm welcome. Instead the woman in duty at the time was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming to me thus type of person should not be at a job which requires professional behavior and welcoming attitude. Instead she wanted me to know that she was right and I was wrong in my confirmation that i could check in earlier than 4 pm

The room was really nice and everything was clean. The hotel is in a good location. The lady at the front desk was really nice and even allowed me to check in early. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars on service is because I emailed in advance to get instructions on how to catch the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I never received a reply. Outside of that, everything was really good. I would stay here again.

This was an awesome experience. We were staying here as a Day Use hotel and I was a little nervous about if we would be treated as a nuisance since we were only staying a few hours. EVERYONE here was so kind and helpful and courteous! We had very clean and comfortable room for our six hour stay. We were able to nap, shower, and watch TV while waiting for our midnight flight. The restaurant food was high quality and the server was terrific, sorry I don't remember his name. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! If we are in San Francisco again, we will definitely stay here.

Hotel is good since I has shuttle bus to adn from the airport. The breakfast that can be purchased separately is quite good. Staff is alright. The problem is this hotel really requires innovation and clean up. The curtains in our room were covered with mold. I wouldn't stay there again.

Very good hotel, delicious breakfast, no buffs, you can deduct 60 US dollars, you can take a walk, the service facilities are very new, I stayed there twice during transit, it was very nice

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport. It is not far from the Bridge and Stanford. It is next to the beach. The room is clean and quiet, but there is no small refrigerator. There is a service fee if breakfast is included. Parking is 20 dollars a night. Free bottle of water is only given on the first day. ah
