This is an AMAZING hotel. I got a really great stay besides they did alarm test on Thursday Monday with no warning. So I wake up about 10am, LITERALLY JUMP UP OUT OF THE BAD, naked and scared almost run trough the hallway. But the AMAZING STUFF APOLOGIZED. I am sure I will stay at TRU by HILTON anywhere like my next trip I’m tomorrow to COLUMBIA. Thank you?

The small town of Savannah is retro and elegant, with a long history and a developed catering and tourism industry. I stayed at the BW Hotel for a week, and the neighbors all travelled with families, basically staying on a weekly basis. The breakfast is simple, with scrambled eggs, milk, coffee, sausage, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit and cakes. Parking is free, there is a swimming pool, and many people drink tea and chat in the two halls inside. The price of the hotel is reasonable, but there is no elevator. You need to carry your bag upstairs. If you live on the first floor, it doesn’t matter, the highest building is the second floor. It is very close to the air force base, and during the day you can see bombers roaring by.
The front desk service attitude is very good, happy and generous. The travel brochure on the first floor has everything. I found a local restaurant with a long history, King and I Thai restaurant, and Japanese cuisine. The hotel can store luggage, take a taxi to downtown for about 15 minutes, Lyft software $12 Uber $15. There are super cheap discount stores nearby, surprise.
Ask Forrest Gump for the same money; drink local coffee; chat with the chattering southerners...

Having stayed at the comfort inn the week prior to this stay, we knew that we had to book this place again. From the front desk at check in. All the way to loading your bags to check out, we were made to feel like family from their kind and courteous staff. This hotel Is off the beaten path of historic downtown Savannah., it's a great alternative. If you want to get off, The Hustle and bustle of The tourist tract for just a few days. The gps took us to the wrong Quality inn. Be sure to enter the street address instead of clicking from the ”directions” tab. We arrived late, Room was ok, bed ok .No stopper in the tub to fill it for a soak, but shower only was ok with me. The bathroom door had a hole knocked in it, and the bottom was delaminating. All in all ok for one night .

TTAOIt is said to be the most historic hotel in Savannah. Once you enter the hotel, you can feel its classical elegance. The doorman is very enthusiastic and the front desk service is very attentive. We arrived too early, the room had not been sorted out, and we specially left our phone. We noticed that we had checked in when the room came out. In the lobby and other family procedures, I also specially brought free mineral water. The room is wooden and the furniture is old furniture. Have a strong sense of art. It is worthy of being a hotel in the city of Savannah with a strong artistic atmosphere.

GGuest UserStaff were exceptional--everyone from front desk staff to the bartender and breakfast staff. All very nice and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and had what we needed. They don't have a gym on site but have a relationship with a local gym for hotel guests (if that matters to you). We were able to walk into the downtown area and felt safe doing so (about .5 miles from our hotel) but they also offer a shuttle with a very lovely driver who took great care of us! I would recommend this hotel if staying in Savannah.

I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

The property used to be a Holiday Inn and has been recently renovated. It was clean and up to date. The king bed was extremely comfortable after a long days driving. The staff was friendly and helpful. We often use this route and so will likely be staying here in the future.

The location was great. It it wasn’t so hot we could’ve walked most places we wanted to go. As it is, we still mostly walked places.
The parking was all metered and we had to get up at 8 AM everyday, because it would only let you fill it for a certain amount of time. Not the best when you wanna sleep in.
I book this room specifically for the location and to have access to a washing machine, so I was pretty happy with it. It was nice that one person could hang out in the living room and one in the bedroom to give each other a bit of space.

Even the standard suites are larger than most other similar properties. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were above average. All employees from the front desk to the breakfast servers and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rated lower in the facility category as the outside landscaping by the sidewalks was **** filled and over grown. This really detracted from the exterior appearance. The fitness was large and has a good amount of cardio equipment but only had one, torn workout bench, no area/mats for core work and the hand weights were missing all 20lb and 25lb pairs. There should be other strength training options. The breakfast food options were presented in an attractive manner with good over all quality.

PPINGThere is a parking lot opposite, but the charge is not cheap. I lived in a sofa bed, the service staff was very kind and very safe. After 11 o'clock in the evening, the door was closed and the card was checked in. There was a black brother on duty at the door. The bed is very comfortable and very high. It is very high. I use it. The old beauty facilities are simple and practical. They are not luxurious but not refined but strong!

GGuest UserI have stayed here in the past before, never an issue. This time, after driving 16 long hours, arriving around 10pm, we all just wanted to go to bed, my husband was outside, he was cranky, he never once directed his crankiness to anyone, but the night guy, John, decided to come out front, started in with my husband, was mimicking him, and then grabbed the key cards out of my hand, and said go stay somewhere else. This is how someone treats someone who was tired?? As long as John is working there I’ll never go back. The manager, I spoke to the following day about this. She asked what I wanted to make up for his behavior. I said nothing. I’m not calling to get anything out of this. What I want is for him to not treat anyone like that. It was very unprofessional. I want him to take a class on how to treat people. Had my husband, or myself, been nasty directly to him, had one of us gone after him or anything like that, then what he did would’ve been warranted. But we weren’t. I told the manager to look at the video to prove all I’ve said. I hate to take this out on the hotel itself but they hired this guy. I hope something is done to prevent this from happening to others.
