"This hotel is almost perfect for an overnight stay in McAllen.
Below are the reasons:
1) Close to airport, less than 4-5 minutes of walking, hotel facing terminal and you can see it.
2) A huge mall within walking distance from hotel, 5-8 minutes, with eateries, food court and shopping.
3) Rooms are clean, with a fridge and microwave.
4) There is a pool and gym facilities.
5) Staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
Below are what I felt a little short, or else would be perfect:
1) Shuttle bus runs only from airport to hotel. Given the close proximity of the two properties, shuttle bus can be utilize to other places of interest, like shopping mall.
2) No meat option for breakfast, like sausages or bacon.
3) Water pressure for basin and shower can be stronger."

"This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month."

"This hotel is strategically located, 2 kilometers walk from the airport, and there is La Plaza Mall along the way. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was that there was hair on the towel, but the overall accommodation experience was still good. The front desk service was friendly, and the simple breakfast had small pastries and coffee was satisfactory and it was recommended."

"Very pleasant clean stylish hotel, location perfect, especially if you need to go to the bus station. I liked almost everything. It is evident that the hotel management is suitable with love and great attention.
From the downsides, that when evicting instead of returning the deposit of 25$, on the contrary, it was withdrawn an additional 65$. After the letter to the support service corrected, but still the precipitation remained."

"It was very convenient to use as it was close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. There were plenty of beds, and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff in the lobby was also very friendly. There was ample parking so it was easy to use. The surroundings were quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably at night. If I visit McAllen again with my family, this is an accommodation I would like to use again next time."

GGuest UserWas disturbed by a party next to my room .. The police had to come at 5:45 am to tell them to be quite .. didn’t stop them they continued till 11:am check out . Hotel has no security and told it was my responsibility to call in continued noise issue, don’t understand being as they have hallway cameras and could see that they continued to slam doors vape in hallways and 3 people walking hallways all night . Unbelievable
