My husband and I were considering a room at the Southpark hotel and were served by Kam. He was a delight! He offered a senior discount which helped much on the rate. When our room was not ready, he immediately found a better room to accommodate us. We were grateful and impressed by the service! When we left early the following morning my husband inadvertently left his cell phone in the room. After calling the hotel Kam answered the phone. He swiftly ran up to the room to look for it....and did find it and kept it safe. We were able to arrange for a friend still in town to pick it up. Throughout our stay and even beyond, Kam could not be more pleasant or accommodating to us. He went beyond the call of duty. Sure, he was performing his job, but he did so with great enthusiasm and a wonderful attitude it made staying@ this hotel chain well.

MMioma BThe room was very clean and the bed was more than comfortable. The hard boiled eggs they served as a breakfast item during our stay were perfect! They seemed to be freshly made and not rubbery. Greatly enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Staff was excellent too!
