"We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours. The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins. We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze. We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed. After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed. In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful. If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation."

"Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. There's also a pretty cool area in the middle with a pool and hot tub, as well as a big chess and connect for game and ample seating."

"My stay at the best western was a pretty nice experience. The complementary breakfast was good and had a pretty wide variety of choices. The staff was pretty nice as well."

"Very good, very good, the outside corridor hotel is rare, the room is large, the suite, there is a microwave oven to make your own food, next time you go to Phoenix, this one is Yuanyuan. highly recommended"

"It was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me. Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient. I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix."

"Hotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok."

"No hanging out in the hotel per se, though it is a busy one, people keep to themselves and whatever there doing is there business,as long as it's not visible to others, which in the neighborhood it is,but in the hotel it isn't."

"Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport."
