"It's an older hotel with backward facilities. There is a free shuttle bus and it's not far from the airport. I paid prepaid via Ctrip, but the old man at the front desk insisted that I didn't pay and deducted more than 300 US dollars from me. Later, I asked Ctrip to intervene, and the next day I went to the manager to solve it. It took almost a month to refund the money. I will not book this hotel again."
"Hotel room does not look like the trip.com pictures at all. Hotel staff did not knock or ring the bell before entering the room at all. Super dangerous for solo travellers"
"Great stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!"
"Close to the deer vally I want to go to. The hotel is clean, the room is large, and there is a swimming pool. The price may be too late for me, a bit expensive. I like this town and hope to have the opportunity to come often in the future! !"
"There is a strong smell of disinfectant when entering the door, and the elevator is very old! I feel that hotels in the United States are very expensive now, and they can cost more than $100. Hey..."
"There is 24-hour coffee and hot water in the lobby, the breakfast is simple, and the room is clean and tidy. Parking is convenient, close to the highway and Tanger Outlet."
"No food, its in a rough neighborhood, but they have 24/7 guard at the gate. Can't beat the price for the stay that was on par with your average motel 6. (half the cost/nt than a motel 6)"
"The city of Phoenix is very good, very modern, and the public transportation is good. The surrounding area of this midtown hotel is not very safe, and the hotel is surrounded by walls. It reminds me of South Africa. When I went to the Super Bowl, the prices of other hotels were sky-high."
"Amazing king size room and the bed was incredibly comfortable and great pillows! Lovely staff. Will stay again next time!"

Great
JJunesdaughterJust needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.
TTejaaMy stay at the best western was a pretty nice experience. The complementary breakfast was good and had a pretty wide variety of choices. The staff was pretty nice as well.
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

LLisa🌟 A Delightful Stay at Country Inn & Suites by the Airport 🌟
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Country Inn & Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining and attractions.
🛏️ The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials—a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a convenient workspace. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee and the relaxing ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home.
🍳 Breakfast was a standout feature! Their hot breakfast buffet had something for everyone—from fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh fruit and pastries. It was the perfect way to start the day.
✈️ The location near the airport couldn’t have been more convenient, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Shuttle service was prompt and reliable, making travel stress-free.
Whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days, I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites by the airport for its comfort, hospitality, and value. I’ll definitely be back!
Would you like help tailoring it to a specific city or traveler type—like a business guest or family vacation?
DDorothyThe hotel was very clean. Except we had problems with the first room. They gave us that the toilet didn't work. And we had to move rooms. Secondly, the pool was very dirty and the hot tub was very green. It was not acceptable for the money that we paid.Locks on the door did not work.
had to put a chair underneath the door and did not feel safe.
Needs renovation. The bathtub had many chips.
BBrownRonaldFor a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda.
DdilayaydanThe most beautiful thing was breakfast. We compared with other hotels which are we stayed before. They had just cereals. In this hotel there were boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, cream cheese, cereal...
Location was really far from airport because we dont have any car. If you have car, it is ok.
Last thing is cleaning. I disappointed because of this view. Sheets and pillows were really dirty.

JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.
GGuest UserThis hotel is old, the facilities are very old, there is an airport shuttle bus, the staff is polite and welcoming, but it is still too expensive, it feels not worth the price.
