Phoenix Hotels with Free Parking.

Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

Just needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

Very new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room.

Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The room was really comfortable, I have to say. My only complaint is that parking costs $12 and you have to pay through an app, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the front desk assigned us a room that was furthest inside; after taking the elevator, it was quite a long walk to get to it.

For the cost, it wasn’t bad.  Decent bed, good TV, working climate controls, enough electrical outlets to charge my devices.   The service level is low, but it’s a motor inn, not the Hilton.  That said, it was within expectations.  The location is close to the airport.  That’s great because it’s so convenient, but you get the noise from takeoffs and landings.  Shuttles don’t run on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so you gotta taxi, Uber or Lyft yourself.  Sure, I’d stay there again.  From my point of view, all I want to do is sleep and wash up.  With that in mind, it fits the bill.

The environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.

It was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me. Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient. I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.
