Everything was pretty good it’s just the location

VERY SKETCHY LOCATION!!!!!!! This area is downright FRIGHTENING! It is surrounded by some other motels that appear to accommodate subsidized housing. I can't even begin to tell you how many red flags were raised just by scanning our surroundings from our parking space. My husband refused to leave the car as my optimistic self insisted on checking out the room. I passed through the smoke filled hallway to our ”non-smoking” room, took a quick glance inside, opened the curtains and returned to the car fully supporting his insistence on leaving. The hotel refused to refund our money. They, at first, told my husband it was because we booked through a third party site. We did not. I booked directly on their website. Then they called me as we left the parking lot and said it was because we didn't cancel by their 4:00 deadline. I ASSURE YOU, we would have GLADLY cancelled before 4:00 IF there was ANY chance we could have been there before 4:00 to assess the scary situation. What a predicament. It's not their fault they are located in a sketchy location. It's not our fault that we didn't know the area. That's why reviews are so important.

Admittedly, I was a little concerned about staying here, but the price was very fair and any concerns I had were totally unfounded. The hotel area is clean, well lit, and away from city turmoils. The staff was polite, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all of the amenities were functional. As a Choice member, my total bill for the nights stay came to just under $60... Heck, I felt so good about the savings I treated myself to dinner at Skinny J’s. (highly recommended) For those looking for night life, the strip/area near the restaurant was well lit, had a lot of interesting things to see and do, and was within a 15-20 minute walk. A very pleasant and secure nights rest!

Very spacious room. Good amenity with dish washer in the room. Self-Laundry facilities are also available in the hotel common area.

The service and location was perfect. We had a great nights rest. The only thing we noticed is that the hotel is really needing to be updated. The doors were missing paint and had dents and looked really worn down. Other than that it’s a Great place!

Thank you for giving me a leisurely towel. The breakfast was delicious. I still can't forget the omelet I ate in the morning. ㅇ Thank you.
