An excellent hotel, quiet, clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The check-in and check-out staff are very thorough, my room was well maintained, and I was amazed at the quiet. This was my second stay and I will continue to use this hotel when I am in Red Bluff.

Our stay was comfortable and there were no problems. The breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon and waffles. The only issue was that the in-room refrigerator did not have a freezer so we couldnt re-freeze our blue ice for our cooler. Location was just off the I-5 freeway so this was convenient.

The location was convenient and the owner/manager (unknown, but my guess would be owner since he complained about not being able to get reliable staff) was nice. However, HIS Cadillac was parked right in front, blocking the pull-through so that you had to back up and go back out onto the street to park near your room. The floor was dirty - you could see footprints on the floor (that didn't belong to me) I was afraid to walk barefoot. In the middle of the night, I actually put my shoes on to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was clean. The beds were clean too (I checked for beg bugs first thing - the mattress & box spring were surprisingly clean!) The room was spacious. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The TV was small. Maybe 29 inches? The neighborhood was commercial and quiet - even being right off I-5.

We have spent years staying at the Best Western in Red Bluff on our way South and North to visit family in California. The hotel is clean and updated, the staff are so friendly and helpful that you feel as if you've gone back in time, and the pool is simply charming. Where else can you enjoy a clean saline pool that features both a beautiful coy pond and a large bird sanctuary full of finch, parrot, parakeet, and more who are so accustomed to people that they approach you to say hi and chirp wonderful bird song to enjoy? Red Bluff is also a charming little town to explore in your free time. The Best Western at Red Bluff will be our constant stay for years to come!

Clean, quiet, good parking, quick check in. Room was well furnished and comfortable, included fridge and microwave and updated T.V, always a plus for me because I have to be on the road early. Reasonable rate, and comfortable too. Excellent value for business travel.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. We started off good by having a friendly receptionist and getting checked in. However, when I walked into ”my” room I quickly realized it was not mine and instead another persons. My toddler ran into the room before I could grab him only to find someone smoking out of a bong on the bed and a completely nude person on the toilet.... I quickly went to the office and complained and they tried to say it was the fault of a new employee, which was a lie. Without even looking up my name or a new room they knew what room I was supposed to be in. I was not given compensation and felt violated. The room was extremely HOT and air conditioning barely worked, if at all. Mold was in the shower and overall was disgusting.

GGuest UserTravelled with Parents and kids. Rooms are decent but there was strange odor in rooms, seemed like they were not well ventilated or it was not used for long time. Location is nice , easy to find. there are few eating places nearby. Gas station is just in parking lot so any quick thing can be grabbed. Main desk crew is nice. breakfast is good selection.

GGuest UserOur stay was comfortable and there were no problems. The breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon and waffles. The only issue was that the in-room refrigerator did not have a freezer so we couldnt re-freeze our blue ice for our cooler. Location was just off the I-5 freeway so this was convenient.

GGuest UserWe originally planned to stay in Red Bluff but because of the McKinney, Yeti and Alex fires, the hotels in Red Bluff and north were full. We drove back down to Corning and there was availability here. We are glad we stayed here. Even though our room on the 4th floor backed up the the 5 freeway, we did not have road noise in the room. Children in the hallway were louder. The bed was comfortable but a bit soft for me but I like to sleep on the floor. My husband liked the bed and pillows. The room was clean and appeared maintained for the age of the property. We were on our way to an upscale property. This is a roadside hotel, convenient to the freeway. The breakfast was decent. If you need a place to stop on the way to your destination, this place fits nicely. We didn't use the pool.

GGuest UserAn excellent hotel, quiet, clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The check-in and check-out staff are very thorough, my room was well maintained, and I was amazed at the quiet. This was my second stay and I will continue to use this hotel when I am in Red Bluff.

DD BCheck was very nice and professional. Room is nice and big. Just the king bed was bit too soft making it a bit uncomfortable. Room was clean a bathroom was big. Morning breakfast was just basic but McDonalds is just across the Motel. Stayed for just one night. It was 108 Deg temp, so was glad to stay indoor in AC room.

Rraymonda603The location was convenient and the owner/manager (unknown, but my guess would be owner since he complained about not being able to get reliable staff) was nice. However, HIS Cadillac was parked right in front, blocking the pull-through so that you had to back up and go back out onto the street to park near your room. The floor was dirty - you could see footprints on the floor (that didn't belong to me) I was afraid to walk barefoot. In the middle of the night, I actually put my shoes on to go to the bathroom. The bathroom was clean. The beds were clean too (I checked for beg bugs first thing - the mattress & box spring were surprisingly clean!) The room was spacious. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The TV was small. Maybe 29 inches? The neighborhood was commercial and quiet - even being right off I-5.

GGuest UserThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. We started off good by having a friendly receptionist and getting checked in. However, when I walked into ”my” room I quickly realized it was not mine and instead another persons. My toddler ran into the room before I could grab him only to find someone smoking out of a bong on the bed and a completely nude person on the toilet.... I quickly went to the office and complained and they tried to say it was the fault of a new employee, which was a lie. Without even looking up my name or a new room they knew what room I was supposed to be in. I was not given compensation and felt violated. The room was extremely HOT and air conditioning barely worked, if at all. Mold was in the shower and overall was disgusting.
