"I wouldn't normally mark down the stay, but I ought to mention in the interests of fairness, there was a great deal of asking for my room to be cleaned, about three days worth of enquiring, to begin with, sleeping on the same sheets. But they were cleaned for the remainder of my seven-day stay, at the very least I had fresh towels afterward. The location was very good for me, nothing else really let down the stay. "

"The hotel recommended by the customer is an old building that has been around for a hundred years. The location is in the heart of Utica town, from the train station, about 10 minutes. All aspects are good, after all, is the Hilton brand. The only thing I don't understand is that when booking, there are remarks to try to arrange rooms on high floors. The hotel seems to pay less attention to Ctrip's orders. Although the hotel occupancy rate is not high, the optional room should be a lot, but it is still arranged on the fourth floor, and the room is close to the road, it is noisy."

"Felt like apartments with a hotel twist, plenty of privacy. Breakfast is okay, waffles, maple syrup, regular coffee and some yoghurt etc, the basics. The Location was very good for me, close to restaurants, plenty of parking space for large vehicles. The Hotel service was god, very helpful with my Laundry, and getting the room cleaned."

"At check-in, a bed was already used in the room, but it was not cleaned, and the bathroom was also used. Due to the fatigue of long-distance travel, I slept in another clean bed. Wait two days and ask the front desk to clean the room. Room hardware was ok, bathroom was a bit dated."
