My husband and I came for our 10 year anniversary and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure our stay was perfect. MARY was AMAZING!!! She worked with us and our requests and even proactively reached out to help make sure we were taken care through the last day. She was exceptional! The location is perfect and central to everything.

Honestly, we have never stayed at a more spectacular hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the initial phone call to the end of our stay. Treasure was the absolute reason we decided to stay at this hotel and will make it our only choice whenever we visit. Treasure is professional, knowledgeable, patient, positive and truly wants the guests to be happy and comfortable. She is an asset to your hotel and wish her continued success . The entire staff from Sam at the front door,Maia inside and there was a young lady her first name begins with an F,it may be Flannery, I apologize.,but both of these ladies were very helpful and friendly. House keeping also outstanding. We forgot a bottle of water and one other item in the room and one of the ladies I think her name began with an M, met us at the gate of the garage with the items . One more person I'd like to mention is an older gentleman NODISRESPECT . I just want to be sure you know who I am talking about, but he takes care of the pool area and what a phenomenal job he does! The pool area is just stunning! Again, THANK YOU Treasure for going above and beyond and being the best of the best. Because of you this is our only hotel in D.C.
It's an old hotel, but the two-king-bed suite is really comfortable. It has a spacious living room, desk area, dining space, balcony, entrance area, and a wraparound balcony that you can go out. You can imagine the sense of form of a good hotel decades ago. The outdoor pool is lovely in the summer. The location is great! It is very close to the zoo and the very quiet and beautiful Rock Creek Park. There are also many restaurants in the Woodley Park area, and it is a 5-10 minute walk from the subway station. Good value for money! The service is average, and the front desk staff on different shifts don't seem to have smooth handovers with each other. They changed us to a single-bed suite midway. The room was much smaller. The mattress on the sofa bed was a bit too bad to sleep on. Please update some of the old furniture in time!

Hotel location is good, walking to Capitol Hill for ten minutes, Uber to the White House and Washington Monument are not expensive. The Botanical Garden and the Natural History Museum are also not far away. Hotel breakfast is not bad, typical American breakfast. Good health and good service. It is very expensive, and the room rate already includes the service charge. After the stay, you will be charged a facility tax of more than 20 knives per day. I hope that Ctrip will clearly inform the hotel of the additional charges after the trip, if it is a hotel practice. I feel that the temporary deduction is unreasonable.

This hotel is hard to describe, because it was booked for a temporary night, and I went directly to the front desk and said there was no room, but I booked it on Ctrip, and the room WiFi was charged. The front desk searched for a long time, the service was very bad, and I had already paid in full on Ctrip. I also received a pre-authorization of 750 dollars in 3 days, and I booked another one at the same time. The front desk kept saying that the room was full, and then I contacted Ctrip at 12:00 at night. Looking for a hotel upstairs, I changed a front desk staff with a very good attitude and helped us open the room.
The hotel canceled the buffet breakfast due to the epidemic, and now they order food online by themselves, and each order will charge a delivery fee of 6 dollars. The breakfast portion is quite large, which is not bad.
Because we went out late, we didn’t clean up on the first day. We said it was cleaned on 7-8 every day. When we left, we called the front desk and they would come to clean. The next day we called the front desk, and the front desk complained why we went out so late .

The hotel I booked was wrong and I booked it in the late afternoon after searching on Trip.com. Thank you for the confirmation email.
It was a decent watch for a taxi and the facilities and service was good.
One thing was a bit embarrassing because the location and the name are different.
I would appreciate your name correction.

The hotel is very luxurious and very big. The front desk is nice. We booked two double-bed rooms. We didn't have it at checkin and gave two double-bed rooms instead. No breakfast, expensive parking, free coffee.
The price is expensive and the service is great. At night, I will place Evian mineral water and cups on the bedside table, place foot mats next to the bed and washstand, fill the ice cubes with ice cubes, and turn on the sleep aid music. It is in all hotels I have stayed abroad the best.
This was definitely a great stay. The establishment is modern, clean with very helpful staff. It is located in the heart of things. Museums, and great places to eat are close by if you want to get out and about. If not, the food is excellent in-house.
This hotel was okay for the price, but let me quickly highlight this hotel. 1. Two nights with parking $718 2. Breakfast buffet in hotel$20 a person not a whole lot of choices. 3. Bar and Grill in restaurant average cost $15 per plate 4. The side of the Hotel with the single elevator, are the train tracks. Ask to stay away from the train tracks!! Train runs all night and blows its horn. 5. I asked the security guard at the hotel where a store was so that we can buy soft drinks and juice. He directed me to another hotel that has a quick to go market in their Lobby. Asking a local on my way to that hotel, the local directed us to a CVS about a 10-minute walk away. Upon returning to our hotel, we came in through the main lobby and saw a quick to go market off to the side of the front desk, and it was open 😡 5. This hotel is dog friendly although I never saw a dog relief area. So I suppose you have to take your dog before a walk on the street. And that area had plenty of dog walkers. 6. The parking garage is super small and tight. If you have a two-door Jeep, you'll find it just comfortable. Anything bigger, and you'll be upset. 7. The sink in our bathroom was stopped up, but I did not tell the hotel staff about it so that's my fault. 8. At check-in, the representative at the front desk did not offer any other information than what I asked for. So if I didn't know to ask... 9. It is a central location to the museums and the mall, so please once you park don't move your vehicle. Get good old-fashioned exercise and walk. 10. There are two food trucks right across the street from the hotel although I never saw anyone man them. There is a McDonald's at the corner and a mom and Shop Pizzeria next to the McDonald's. The pizzeria is probably the least expensive and most delicious of the food that we've had the entire weekend. It was good for what I needed; the room was large, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. I do believe next time I'll just take the Amtrak train for the day and save my $700!

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe layout was similar to the POD 51 in Manhattan, where I stayed several times. It is not a large room, big enough for one or a couple. The room was clean, the price was decent. I would stay again. The environment was fresh and modern. You can use the app to check-in and out. There is an iPad in the room to control everything in the room from the blinds to the lights to the climate control. I will say the plump comforter on the bed was the warmest I have ever had in any hotel I stayed.
GGuest UserThis place was amazing for us. The biggest draw was the two bedroom suites (with two bathrooms), which are super hard to find and make it great for families with small kids. The pool and hot tub helped too, but what we didn't know was that they would try so hard to be a great family friendly destination. They had a Family Movie Night, such a hit with my kids with popcorn, candy, and soda. Also, they did a BBQ on the patio, which was also so nice. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and always had a nice and pleasant word. They even gave the kids a toy from the treasure chest at our departure. They were so stoked. Also, its a great location for visiting DC, we did the Spy Museum, the American Indian Museum and the Botanical Garden, all within walking distance. We also drove to the zoo. Its an easy spot for cabs to pick you up. There aren't a TON of food options super close by but you can walk 15 minutes to the Wharf for great food and music options. It was just perfect for what we needed. Louise at the front desk helped us split our checks, and the gentleman who made all the activities happen was great as well. We appreciate you. And everyone was super helpful, from extending checkout to whatever we needed. Also the buffet had everything you could ask for, even a waffle machine with all the fixings, which was obviously also a big hit with the kids! We will definitely be back.
JJunesdaughterWe chose the Hilton because of its location at DuPont Circle and proximity to the metro. It was perfect. Very clean and excellent service. We had a corner room with large windows and a nice view. We weren’t able to check in early and still have our chosen room but we left our luggage with the bell captain, parked and went off to explore on foot for awhile, taking the advice from a helpful front desk clerk for a nice place for lunch close by. Everything was close by. It worked out perfectly. The price of the hotel was excellent too which offset the cost of parking ($56/day) in the garage below where the car stayed for the whole trip. It was very easy to park and get back inside. The restaurants looked lovely but we didn’t eat there. There were just too many local choices and we were out walking most of the day. The bell captain was helpful in getting us a cab one cold evening when my Uber app was be working well. He went outside in the cold until he was able to hail one for us (comparable in price to the Uber we would’ve taken) Lovely stay. Highly recommend.
GGuest UserThe decoration looks like an old-fashioned hotel, so the facilities are a little bit worse. But the room is big enough, the health is good, there is a coffee machine, and the customer service staff are also very polite.
It takes about ten minutes to get to the station.

GGuest UserThe first room had a very noisy fan. I was moved to another room which was much quieter. I noticed that there were several small issues with the room and relayed them to the front desk, where a manager (Keith) overheard me and said he would look into it. Nothing happened to correct it during the entire stay, not a note to say how or if it would be corrected. The issue was a ring of paint or epoxy in the bathtub, something that should have been cleaned up at the time of painting.
The second issue was the very poor arrangement of lighting in the room. Lamps were confined to small areas, there was no overhead light and the bathroom was either overlit or underlit, while the closet area was dark unless it was daylight. Afterwards I noticed that there large holes in the sheer curtains in the room. Not tragic, but not in keeping with the tenor and tone of a Marriott Bonvoy.
In the lobby there was only an ADA service elevator to go from the street to the lobby level. It was self operated, no instructions, no indication lights on either level and a bit noisy.

GGuest UserI traveled to DC with my preteen and teenage sons for a basketball game. The property didn’t receive my reservation (booked through 3rd party) but the front desk staff took the time to make it right and get us set up. They had excellent customer service throughout our stay.
This hotel was VERY clean. I was actually surprised because I use to stay here frequently about 10 years ago and expected some things to run down a bit. It turns out that the hotel is very modernized and looks just as good now as it did a decade ago.
The location is perfect as it’s right in the middle of the NoMa neighborhood and it is right next to the NoMa/Gaulludet (Red Line) Metro station. There are a few small shops across the street and a 7 Eleven next door if you are looking for a quick bite.
The room itself was comfortable. My youngest son and I slept soundly on the queen sized bed and my oldest slept on the couch. He was pretty comfortable without even folding the couch down.
Overall, I will definitely book here again as I frequently visit DC. Fo how inexpensive this hotel is, the quality was phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back.
GGuest UserGreat place to stay in DC, close to shops and restaurants. Great Customer Service. Rooms and amenities are very clean. Breakfast selection is great. Very quiet rooms. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good, but in fact it is inconvenient to eat around. The air conditioner may be an old-fashioned American all-in-one machine, and the sound is extremely loud. The key is that it still makes a loud noise when it is turned off without airflow! How strange! Will the old beauty tolerate such rooms and hotels? ! It seems that those standards of Laomei are also perfect!

GGuest Userwe arrived around 10am and were fortunate enough to be allowed early check-in. desk guy was nice, and was able to speak english. we needed the rest after a grueling red-eye. i was unaware of how far out the place was from most of what we were there to see. this resulted in spending enough money on Lyft to afford a ”swankier” place further into the city. my bad. after a brief rest, we met some family and walked around alot. the new target down the block closes at 9, so when we got back to the room around 930pm, we were unable to get supplies for the room, & had to stop at a gas station to get a few things. this is NOT a neighborhood to go walking at night. we were approached a few times, but never threatened, still didnt feel comfortable on the street. the room itself was reasonably clean, & there were no bugs that i could see. beds were firm, and there were mostly feather pillows. 3 per bed. there were multiple ”dings” in the place...beginning with the corners, the walls, and at least 2 pretty serious marks on the tub that had broken the enamel off. a fair bit of the caulking was pulled loose from both the tub and the wall. i was dissapointed to see the back of the dressing vanity was raw plywood. didnt expect that. there was a decent armoire for hanging clothes, with storage cubbies on the side. to the left of that was a reasobly large dresser with enough drawer space to handle what we had brought. immediately above the dresser was a huge flatscreen tv that, while impressive, was far to big for the space. after a bit, we figured out the remote. left of the dresser/tv was a desk & chair. under the right side of which was a 3-legged refrigerator with platic top that kept coming off. above that there was a microwave that proved useful, on top of which was a single cup coffee maker that worked nicely for tea. the furniture overall, seemed repurposed from another motel. most of it didnt match, and looked pretty used. the floor was reasonably clean
