We just returned home from our trip to Austin, TX. We stayed at the Hotel Viata. What a wonderful experience. Everything about the Hotel was top quality. The employees were so kindhearted, professional and efficient. The Hotel was recently renovated into an Italian themed decor which is beautifully designed. The rooms are large suites, with a kitchenette, living room, French doors into the bedroom, a walk-in closet with a dresser, lock box, white robes, slippers, and plenty of room to hang clothes. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower where four people could fit into, double sinks, and a closet with the toilet for privacy. Two large TV’s, a desk, The views are scenic. The Hotel is up on a hill side, away from the traffic, hustle and bustle. Then there is a full Spa section, for massages, body treatments, facials and more, with beautiful spa and soothing music playing, and a lovely scent pumped through the vents. A spectacular pool area and hot tub, with a bar and seating area where you can order food and drinks. Cabana’s if you want privacy and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The fitness room is very nice as well. There is also a restaurant and bar, that has an outdoor seating area with a fire place, which is very inviting. We didn’t personally eat there, with talking to other guests they all said that the food is really good. The Hotel is so very peaceful, luxurious, quiet and clean. We highly recommend this resort like Hotel, and personally look forward to returning here when we come back to Austin. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Great hotel. Modern, clean, but with a lot of character. There is a great restaurant on site, along with with a separate cafe for genuine barista coffee and breakfast.

To begin, the atmosphere is lively! I am a lively person, but being there for business I was sad that I didn’t have more energy to truly enjoy the experience. This is a great hotel for a bachelorette or weekend getaway for sure! First, the front desk ladies are super friendly and welcoming— they also provided a poker chip for a complimentary drink. The bar was great as well and I thoroughly enjoyed the signature cocktail. The bartenders were very nice and accommodating. On to the room... small, but honestly, the cleanest room I’ve ever seen! It reminds me of European rooms which are small, but the fun isn’t in the room, right?! Very pleased with the comfortable and clean room. I’ll certainly return for pleasure on the next round :)

I am admittedly a hotel snob and hard to please. I am definitely particular, and I was very impressed with the AC hotel! My daughter stayed at the AC for 6 weeks since her west campus apartment building was not ready for move in. My daughter was extremely upset when her apartment was not ready, but her stay at the AC was incredible! The rooms were beautiful, stylish, and well appointed. It was very sleek and modern. The Air Conditioning was amazing! The hotel staff was terrific, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating ! The beds were very comfortable (I stayed with my daughter two weekends when I came to visit). The noise isolation was terrific. You could not hear others in neighboring rooms, and you could only hear things like sirens, but not the road noise even though her room faced the road. The location is terrific if you want to be close to the university! The bathroom was different than most. It was an open concept. It worked fine for my daughter because she was alone, and most couples may not mind, but it's an open concept bathroom - so no door to the bathroom. The toilet room is private of course, and he shower glass is opaque, but if you wanted privacy to change you would have to do so in the toilet room. There was a double sided mirror the divided the vanity area from the rest of the room so the sink/vanity was pretty open. You would have to see pictures to understand. The setup would not be ideal if one person wanted to sleep while the other was getting ready since there were no walls to block the light and noise. I do believe the rooms with two beds have a regular bathroom. They also have a 24 hour well equipped gym. One note, they only have a few refrigerators available upon request so it's hit or miss if you can get one. Also, they do not have cots. Overall, my daughter had an incredible stay, and the AC will be our first choice to stay whenever we come to visit!

This was a first staying at a Canopy by Hilton; what an amazing location! From the minute of walking in the front door, you are met with a ”fresh breath of air” ambiance! The staff, especially Leonard, Heidi, and Jordyn, taking care of every detail of my stay was perfection...great attention to detail, professionalism, and personality!! Every detail from the cleanliness of the room, the bar, and Verbena (the restaurant) was fantastic! You MUST have dinner at Verbana. Highly recommended for a quick weekend stay or a stayation in downtown Austin.
