GGuest UserI'm sure that if you need a bed to sleep in, this place is fine. Do not have a situation or circumstance that requires manager assistance, forget it! I'm a travel nurse working for a nearby hospital. The night before my scheduled reservation, I tested positive for covid. I immediately contacted the hotel to let them know, and was old to forward my results to the managers email address, and they would refund my stay. I sent the results the next day and called to follow up a few days later. I was told the manager was out and to call in 2 days after 3pm. This happened several times for a few weeks before I actually received correspondence from the manager stating that I would need to contact Priceline to get the refund authorized. I immediately called them and they went through the same process with contacting the manager as I did. Eventually, she declined to give he refund. I hen escalated to the Better Business Bureau, and she chose not to respond to that either. I even attempted to reach back out via email thinking she may empathize with my situation and again, she chose not to respond at all. I'm disgusted at this behavior and will not choose them again.

GGuest UserI've checked into this hotel for a 2 week stay and I was nervous checking in because of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. My one bedroom suite was very clean and smelled very clean. So far it has been a pleasant stay. However, the sofa seemed broken. It sunk in the middle as if the springs gave out. Also, there was damage on the fabric probably from cat scratching. But, we expected damage like that being it is a pet friendly hotel. It wasn't too bad. But the sofa slumping pretty severely in the middle has been very annoying. The bathroom was good but they have 2 towel bars that are very poor quality and broke right away. I know it is a Residence Inn but they can have towel bars that don't fall apart. This was very annoying because there was only 1 hook in the bathroom....nowhere else to hang our towels. The pool......I don't know why it isn't opened yet. It had water in it but no one is allowed in the area. Actually, the swimming pool room looks more like a storage area for chairs, large equipment, and other stuff the hotel needs to store. It doesn't look like they are actively trying to get the pool up and running for their guests' enjoyment. The weather was lovely while we were here. So I was looking for ”a” seat or ”a” bench, but there were none outside....NONE. I asked management about if there is a place to sit outside with my dog so I could enjoy the weather. Management said they threw out their outdoor furniture during COVID and are awaiting new outdoor furniture. Really? Since 2020? How about going to Costco or B.J.'s for a bench. Just a suggestion. Fortunately, the Courtyard Marriott, across the parking lot, has an outdoor seating area which we were allowed to use. It was very nice, had a Western exposure and a lovely breeze. The hotel is in a business complex which had many, many lovely areas to walk my dog and relax. Also had some great restaurants in the area. Breakfast......has really gone down hill! The days they had fruit, they only had oranges and bananas. Other days there was nothing! I asked the hostess if they had a banana. She said we have no fruit today, flat out none. No fruit salad, no fruit cups, no apples.....nothing! Muffins/bagels were each individually wrapped which was nice, but the muffins had a funny ”chemical” taste to them. Waffle machine....non-existent. There was a lot of empty counter space in the breakfast area..... I suggest you bring your own food. Coffee was nice and plentiful throughout the day. It has a great laundry room with very new washers and dryers. They accept your credit card and do a good job cleaning/drying without damaging the clothes. $2.50/load. Maid service is every day if you like. If not, you can place your garbage cans and dirty towels outside your door. Daily, there was someone picking it up. They did a really good job keeping the hallways clean. The hotel always smelled and looked super clean. So, all in all, it is a good place to stay for long-term and if you have a pet

As others have said their parking fee is nothing more than total ripoff. This suburban hotel with an un-gated, unattended and unmonitored parking lot has absolutely no reason except greed to force you to pay $13/night. They are surrounded by a business commercial park and you can, in fact, easily just park in an adjacent lot and walk over a two foot grass ***** into their lot - it appears many guest do just that. And BTW they have no mechanism to enforce where you park and to know if you even parked in their lot. Hilton should be sophisticated enough to know how to protect the INTEGRITY of their brand and not to charge a fee that alienates so many customers. The hotel is otherwise what you'd expect - unexceptional.

IInspire34615729077Hotel MTK is the reimagination of the old 1960s Holiday Inn Mt. Kisco. I stayed at this property a few years ago when it was still a Holiday Inn, and it was shabby, worn, dingy and old. When I had to return to the area I was glad to see it reborn as a Tapestry Collection property by Hilton. I am a Hilton Honors member, and typically chose a Hilton property whenever I can. Well, MTK has a long long way to go. The hotel was not much changed from my 2020 Holiday Inn visit. Everything about this property is run down and worn. The mattress was creaky and lumpy with broken springs. The outlets on the base of the table lamps did not work. The dresser drawers were off their track and did not close properly. Paint was peeling from the door frames. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was installed upside down AND falling off. The carpet was frayed and stained. The shower curtain rod was loose from the wall. The toiletries were from three different mis-matched brands, and two of the items (the conditioner and the lotion) had already been open and half used. There were month old paper notices about changes to breakfast hours the next morning (a month previously) scotch taped to the stairwell door. The parking lot was filthy with cigarette butts and scattered trash. I am surprised that Hilton has allowed the Tapestry Collection brand to be applied to this property when there are clearly many many months of renovation and upgrades required to achieve even a minimal Tapestry standard. I understand that a lot of these problems were inherited from the previous days of a failing Holiday Inn, but I didn't inherit a discount - more than $200/night at an off-peak time. Sadly, there are very few choices in Northern Westchester. I responded to a request for feedback, and I gave very honest feedback. I even offered to share pictures. The survey asked if I wanted to be contacted by the property and I answered ”yes.” To date, I have received no contact. It was Christmas, and fortunately we spent most of our time with family at their home, and only had to return to the hotel at night. This was a shocking disappointment for a Hilton Tapestry Collection property.

Hello, I got Married May 25, 2024 and my wedding reception was at The NoMa hotel at the ballroom (it’s a beautiful venue) Let me tell you, from the moment we chose to have our reception there Katherine & Kellyann (events planners) this ladies were amazing! they were on it! And the attention from the service crew was great! Everything came out the way we planned it. So frustrating and seriously disappointing. A gorgeous location with views of the Hudson River and some lovely architecture …..but…..the property is poorly managed and filthy. Sticky carpets and dingy furniture. It smelled in the reception area (possibly the Catonese restaurant next door…. it was mentioned people who stay in the rooms over the restaurant have been known to complain about the smell). Regardless of Michelin stars for the restaurant , if you aren’t into having Catonese fusion food smells in your hotel room…chose another location onsite. The Goosefeathers restaurant is leasing the space from the Tarrytown House and is not associated with the property otherwise. There is no room service or food on-site for the guests. We were advised there is uber eats and we can call. The staff on-site seemed seriously disinterested in our presence. Not a smile or staff asking “anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable?” No smiles….seriously lacking pride in their work and no desire to be a premier site. This is a shame. An experienced energetic manager is needed to snap this place into back into shape. Not sure what the business plan is….but it could be improved to be more vacation like - but right now it is sad….Oh well. Hopefully this review gets to management and at least they will clean the carpets. ps not a very good set up for handicap - wheelchair access due to the hills, but saw some unmanned golf carts….maybe if there was engaged staff those would be available to shuttle guests around the property. But alas, it felt like there was no one in charge watching the store.

GGuest UserStayed here for 1 night. Didn't realize until we pulled up this is a motel, not a hotel. It's between two major roads, so you hear the traffic. Room was clean, king bed was comfortable although the furniture is old. Good to have a microwave and refrigerator. No hot water for either late night or early morning showers, just luke warm. There's a 14 mile paved trail (South County Trailway) right behind it for exercise. COVID brown bag breakfast included a bagel, apple, and honey bun with coffee (no juice). Evening clerk was nice, morning not so much.

The front desk is absolutely professional! Witness a very angry Spanish lady whom she booked her reservation online and was demanding the front desk manager to acknowledge the rate. Which was not a good way to speak in that matter if she would’ve been nice maybe it would have been acknowledged. Besides that my stay was absolutely great!! Workers are terrific!! And they mention and grab and go breakfast which they made very clear! I’d definitely recommend this place !! Hospitality was great!!!
