La verdad que es de destacar la Atención al Cliente, predisposición, transparencia y honestidad, de los chicos que trabajan en este hotel !!! Siendo más específico y puntual me refiero a las siguientes personas: Monserrat, Aurora, Eduardo, Alex, Robert y Daniela. Todo muy lindo, la habitación, la ducha, la cama, el frigobar, etc Sugerencias: habitaciones cuádruples con camas separadas y el estacionamiento hay que mejorarlo estructuralmente, bien iluminado y señalizado. Abrazos desde Argentina.

Hotel bem localizado junto ao Paseo Monseñor Rodriguez, uma das vias do comércio em Cuidad del Este. Quarto funcional com todo tipo de comodidade, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos e café da manhã bem variado.

Muy buen alojamiento para compras
El hotel es literalmente un museo de la aviación paraguaya; habitaciones cómodas, personal muy atento, desayuno continental buenísimo y la ubicación resulta envidiable (en espacial para ir de comprar a cde), el único punto que no me gustó fue el estacionamiento, es en extremo pequeño, resulta sumamente dificultoso ingresar con camionetas, además, el espacio entre cada vehículo estacionado es infimo, lo cual resulta en un estrés horrible al estacionar.

Péssimo hotel
Péssimo hotel, nem sei por onde começar! Vaso sanitário é encostado no lavatório, com isso, vc tem que usar a mesma com o braço em cima da pia, pois não cabe uma pessoa ali. No chuveiro, o mesmo não saia agua, era um fio pra cada lado e muito fraco, a torneira só fechava quando dava uns murros, pois ao girar a mesma não fechava. Colchão mais duro que o chão. Geladeira que não gelava, cortina que deixa a luz de fora passar, ar condicionado barulhento e com LED´s piscando que não te deixam dormir direito. Café da manha fraco de mais. Péssima garagem, um parto pra entrar ou sair! Exigem o pagamento na entrada, não puderam nem mesmo esperar eu trocar dinheiro, com isso, tive de pagar com cartão e ter taxas internacionais. O atendimento de uma funcionaria é excelente, até falei a ela era muito simpática. Ou seja, um 3 estrelas e meia, que deve ser cadentes e só ter a meia mesmo! Não gaste seu dinheiro aqui!
