Hotel in the center Wonderful, very cozy, very careful staff from reception to the manuscripts! Mrs Graziella, very careful and careful, I have already stayed in some hotels even in Europe and I have not seen anyone with the attention and gentleness of guests like her. The hotel is a good place in the shopping centre of Paraguay, where you can make all the appe!

I wasn't in the best mood when I checked in after my transport from the border went up in smoke (NB: had nothing to do with the hotel). I was positively surprised by the fast and efficient check in and very helpful staff that even provided me with advice for Ciudad del Este. The room very nice and in good condition and everything you would expect from a top-end hotel. I liked the pool area and even here staff was very friendly. I would have wished to see some more local drinks but I guess most guests come here for the imported (and low tax / tax free) drinks.. Breakfast was flawless, can't rate dinner. All in a good base to explore CdE and to relax a bit in the pool.

The hotel is very good, has a recharge station for electric vehicles, which has helped us a lot. The rooms were clean, perhaps it could be a little better cleaning the bathroom box and our air conditioning was quite noisy and was also leaving water, room 402, but because it was just a day we didn't complain about. The breakfast is OK, nothing more simple, but well made and a variety of choices of cakes, sweets and cookies. The hotel is very good, it has an electric vehicle charging station, which helped us a lot. The rooms were clean, although the cleanliness of the bathroom shower could be a little better, and our air conditioner made a lot of noise and was also leaking water in room 402. However, since it was only a one-night stay, we did not complain about it. The breakfast is okay, nothing special, simple but well done with various options of cakes, sweets, and pastries. The service was polite and always courteous. I recommend it; I have stayed and would stay again.

Próximo dos escritórios das principais empresas do agronegócio da região. Excelente atendimento, quartos grandes, muito bem equipados, com excelente café y excelente espaço para eventos.
