Martina is amazing! Excellent attention to every detail! She knew everyone in our group by name ( there were 18 of us). The best food we had in Ireland, her husband John is brilliant chef, seafood fresh and caught the same day. I would definitely return and would highly recommend!

I would go back to Ireland just to spend an evening and dine at this property. The Sheedy’s “get” the hospitality business and exceed at every detail. My wife and I enjoyed dinner, which was 5 star, the room accommodations were excellent and we fueled up on a lovely breakfast before departing. I would highly recommend a visit!

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with a warm welcome from the owner. However, and without fear of contradiction, Sheedy's is one of the best breakfast venues I have enjoyed anywhere in the world! More often than not, I don't eat where I am staying, unless the recommendations are good. Breakfasts can often be poor, but as they cater for all food preferences, the quality and quantity were exceptionally high standards and this was the best venue for an Irish breakfast of all that we had during our stay, and there were no bad ones!

What a wonderful stay in Sheedys. We were so warmly welcomed with refreshments on check_in. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. There was a wonderful choice of dishes for breakfast with homemade breads and jam etc. and everything tasted delicious. We wished we could have stayed for dinner but hopefully we will return to sample that! Go raibh míle maith agaibh!

Myself and my wife spent a night here on 21st of June. It’s a fantastic hotel with one of the nicest hosts that I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Martina went above and beyond with her welcome and making sure that we had anything that we needed. The food is amazing. I would highly recommend this small hotel to anyone travelling through the Burren. Five

Can't rate the hotel, the food, Martina and staff highly enough. Old World charm and lovely gardens. Doolin and Fanore beaches not too far. There is a cozy bar and library with bundles of topical books and periodicals. Looking forward to a Winter break here.

We stayed here with our biking tour and cannot say enough about how great Sheedy's is. Martina works hard to make sure everyone is well taken care of and guests are made to feel welcome, she has an attention to detail. The hotel is quaint and quiet with areas in the lobby to relax by the fire and beautiful gardens all around. The hotel is setback from the road which makes it very private. Every meal was impeccable and served to perfection. Highly recommend Sheedy's, stay here-you won't regret it. PS: Loved the fresh baked cookies in our room each day!

Our nine member travel tribe considered our night at Sheedy's an absolute highlight of our nine days in Ireland. From ages 31-67 we all loved the hospitality, extraordinary meal (best wine selection we encountered), and perfectly appointed rooms. Overland Ireland, our tour guides, certainly planned well by including this gem in our itinerary.
