The weekend staff is a hateful old lady, the housekeeping staff wants you gone by 9 and they are quite vocal about it, in between a CBD gas station and a construction pit, with a pathetic mexican restaurant onsite that wont mix a margarita outside happy hour. Avoid this place, spend the extra $4 and stay somewhere nice with professional staff.

I’m very disappointed in this hotel because they took my money and I didn’t stay at the place! It was around 8pm and the wrong hotel was ordered. I tied everything to fix the issue and was told I had to take a loss. I don’t believe that’s fair because error happens. They wouldn’t let me change my hotel or cancel. They hotel was 3 hours away from where we was and I just drove 8 hours and was tried, cold and sleepy! I had insurance and was told No change of anything. So I had to pay for another hotel and very disappointed in the *******.

Staff was hateful, checked on extending my stay and the woman went off on me. Housekeeping are horrid, pestering from 8:30 until 11am checkout time. Moved to the America's Best for my last 3 weeks, that place was great

We booked a one night stay for a king non smoking room. When we got there and went to our room there was a heavy smell of smoke. I went to the front desk and the gentleman apologized and said they had been having trouble with people smoking in non smoking room. Imagine my surprise when the next morning when we were going threw the drawers to make sure we hadn't forgotten any thing and in the bed stand draw was a ash tray.

Positives: room was clean, location was convenient.
Negatives: I just wanted a cup of coffee and a glass of juice for breakfast, but both were no better than drinking a glass of nasty, colored water.

Horrible horrible horrible drunks and dogs barking all night long BOTH nights Construction work on the hotel started at 6! 6 AM! Impossible to sleep with dogs barking that other guests did not control it was ridiculous horrible and I’ll never stay there again or any hotel under this brand if this is what they allow
