The bad parts - the room finish is tired and bathrooms need updating. The good part is “everything else”. Perfect location, comfortable, clean & spacious room, good breakfast, great staff. They even have giant original cartoons and drawings on the walls by a very talented artist. Stop here and spend what you save (compared to Mercure etc) on a great meal nearby. Lots to choose from.

The hotel is located near a large hospital , not too far from the centre . A paying parking is located nearby , as well as a nice cooking store making the breakfast we prefer to the cheaper hotel in a sweet environment . We will certainly return to it when we pass through this city. However, the hospital in front can receive on its roof helicopters of emergency services , in this case it can not be very noisy even if the insonorization evaporates much of the noise.

The hotel is a small hotel with a charm, all between the city centre and the welcome, available and listening to the station. Beautiful spacious room and very comfortable bedroom Petit salon d'accueil au style ancien Hôtel très lumineux avec loggia et terrasse aménagée à l'arrière, certainement très agréable l'été Joli choix de revues, le gestionnaire nous propose même un plan de la ville ! I am surprisingly surprised by the hotel's services, I strongly recommend it if you move to Clermont-Ferrand Most cheaper than ibis and company...

We usually stop in Clermont Ferrand halfway on the way to and from vacation. Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, very appreciable breakfasts (free for children). The rooms are a good size, comfortable bedding, well soundproofed rooms. Adapted nightly rates. Establishment ideally located, close to the station and the center (10 minutes on foot). The negative points and areas to improve: - cleanliness of the carpets, - lack of towels (room with 4 and 3 towels), - cups, - water pressure in the shower too low. I recommend this establishment.
