This place puts one through a ridiculous background check and numerous other steps before confirming. Readers should do a check on the facility. Things were not as advertised. First there was no wifi; not even a working modem, despite all the assurances to the contrary. Second, no functional customer service. “Contact us, we’re happy to help” — I made contact all weekend and texts were disregarded, or assurances were made that “local team” would take care of it ASAP. There was apparently no local team. Then, responses would just stop. Third, bathroom was awful— toilet flushed only half the time. Shower is adjacent to toilet with drain and curtain but same floor, so if you take a shower your bathroom floor will be wet. There are partial shades but no curtains. Nothing on the walls. No cable. “Wardrobe” is an equipment room with a rod. The amazing view was an inner wall of other apartments. Don’t book this.
