Came to get together with my daughter and granddaughters. The lady at check in wasn’t able to check me in with the credit card i used to originally book. I had to give another card to check in. Then I had the charge on two cards! After many phone calls made by me, Luke, at the front desk was able to tell me what the problem was. Danielle, earlier in the day was able to ‘fix’ everything. Apparently the original lady that checked me in didn’t follow her training and should have been able to remedy the problem upon check in
