Great bar service I was called to see if I wanted food, while on route, pre ordered food and it was very good.
Overall a decent stay for the money, clean tidy and cosy.
Only downside was no hot water in the morning, so no shower, boiler tripped, it happens I guess

Everything was perfect the room was Oldy worldly the beds were so comfortable the food and drinks was excellent and the staff were great cannot fault the Thames Head even the drive to the venue was good 👍

Superb service and great stay. Evening meal was great but the breakfast was exceptional and served with quite amazing service. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays.

Lovely old pub with friendly, helpful staff and fabulous food. You must try the steak, kidney and ale pie, be warned it is huge and absolutely packed with meat and gravy, so wished we hadn’t had a starter. (Vegetarian choices). Lovely quiet room away from traffic, we will stay again.

This was a family trip for a Birthday. We enjoyed a warm welcome and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We all had a great meal in the pub in the evening, there was lots of choice. We also had breakfast which was very tasty although we were only offered cooked breakfast and some of us would have liked cereals to start or fruit.
Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely come again!

The inn is in a nice country location near Cirencester. It has easy access to Cirencester, the lovely village of Bibury, and a short walk to the source of the Thames.
I had a very nice dinner and breakfast at the pub/restaurant.

Unfortunately there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, consequently water went everywhere. I am of the age where getting in and out of a bath is extremely difficult.
Whilst there were plenty of amenities in the bathroom, it lacked a small box of tissues.
