La struttura è ben curata con ampi riferimenti alla cultura ed alle tradizioni valdostane! La colazione è stata variegata ed abbondante con tanti prodotti tipici e la carineria del quotidiano fornito direttamente assieme a brioche e cappuccino! E poi la Jacuzzi all'ultimo piano è senz'altro una gran bella coccola che rende ancora piu' dolce la vacanza!

Struttura tenuta in maniera perfetta, camere pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, la zona benessere un vero gioiellino. Anche il giardino è tenuto in maniera maniacale. Per la mezza pensione poi, la cena è servita presso l'hotel S. Orso, menù molto vario e ottimo. Quindi, che dire... tutto perfetto. Da non sottovalutare la gentilezza del personale

Hotel charmant, personnel aux petits soins et parlant français. Chambre magnifique en style montagnard. Joli petit spa Petit déjeuner excellent avec produis locaux et frais. Repas à l autre hôtel excellent. Service efficace. Tres Bon rapport qualité/prix

Un hotel in cui il personale è molto molto cordiale e professionale. Ottimo il servizio di proporre la scelta di un quotidiano sul tavolo della colazione il giorno seguente. All arrivo ti vengono date moltissime informazioni e consigli su ciò che si può fare a Cogne. Hanno tante convenzioni con locali/ristoranti della zona, hanno una piccola zona relax all interno della struttura, per i più esigenti hanno una convenzione con un grosso hotel nella zona, quest ultima soluzione l ho testata ed è molto valida. Per quanto riguarda le stanze sono ordinate e pulite, solo il bagno è un po’ sacrificato, nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno di qualche notte.

Piccola ma carina spa a disposizione della clientela, per la quale l’hotel offre accappatoio e ciabatte da utilizzare La cena nel trattamento mezza pensione è servita presso l’hotel gemello poco più avanti Durante il soggiorno ho letto il libro sulla storia dell’hotel che si trova in camera, spero lo facciano tutti gli ospiti Parcheggio gratis in tutta cogne , l’hotel fornisce un pass da usare Ottima cantina di vini e amari Lo consiglio fortemente

Booked Junior Suite 403 for Valentine's Day, directly from the property's website which guaranteed the best price. We received perfect telephone assistance immediately, proceeding with the quick booking and organizing an aperitif at the Hotel Sant'Orso, with live music and dinner at the Cave de Cogne. The welcome was warm and professional and made us feel at home straight away, in everything, including parking. Booked private SPA, which is complete, welcoming and clean. The experience at Sant'Orso with an informal and classy aperitif with live music from the group at The Lodge Bar created the perfect atmosphere for dinner at the Cave de Cogne, an excellent wine bar and tavern, as well as a cellar. The room is warm, welcoming, spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort, in addition to the classic 3 Star, rare price/quality ratio. Mr. Giovanni at the reception is a professional, helpful and friendly contact for every need, he assisted us from the first phone call. An experience to be relived and perfect in every respect, I recommend it for the friendliness, the smile of the staff and the harmony of the entire organization. Cogne is wonderful and worth repeating, both in winter and summer for all the possibilities it offers.

Quattro giorni meravigliosi. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in suite straordinarie quasi fiabesche proprio un tuffo nel passato ma con tutti i confort. Pulitissime le camere accoglienza e gentilezza. Bene bene al centro. Ottimo

Struttura che ti immerge da subito nel clima valdostano, personale molto cordiale e disponibile a qualunque richiesta del cliente. Camera accogliente e molto pulita. La colazione è perfetta per accontentare sia chi preferisce il dolce che il salato. La spa inclusa nel prezzo della stanza è accessibile liberamente e regala il giusto relax necessario dopo una bella camminata sulla neve.

Quando pensi alla montagna e’ difficile non immaginare una baita tutta in legno con la neve che cade copiosa. Ebbene questo hotel è come una enorme baita al centro di Cogne. Si respira l’atmosfera calda ed accogliente tipica delle zone di montagna con un servizio davvero buono. Il motivo? Il personale è condiviso con un’altra struttura sempre qui a Cogne e da quest’ultima viene mutato l’attenzione al cliente e ai suoi bisogni. Le stanze sono ampie e luminose e il servizio di pulizia impeccabile. Colazione abbondante e varia. Grazie a Sarah e tutte le altre persone della reception che è davvero un concierge ..
