El Personal de lugar un amor, súper preocupadas y buena atención. Fuimos con amigas y estuvo todo ok, salvo por la ducha am ya que el tour nos venía a buscar en la madrugada y no pudimos ducharnos porque el agua salía fría y no fue agradable eso. Lo demás ok!

Este hotel fue una sorpresa positiva. Ubicado en el centro, permite caminar a restaurantes, plaza, etc. La pieza es amplia con balcón. Tiene una cocina pequeña, pero funcional que está en pieza aparte. Da la impresión de ser nuevo. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno es suficiente.

Habitación cómoda y limpia, en pleno centro de Coyhaique, el desayuno es un snack que se debe tomar en habitación por temas de prevención pandemia, lo que no es muy agradable, pero se entiende completamente. Cocina pequeña, pero bien equipada con hervidor y horno eléctrico. El día que llegamos estaban reparando el baño y estaba con mucho olor a silicona, fue el punto que deben mejorar para la próxima vez.
