Side Crown Sunshine Ultra All Inclusive

This hotel is the best I’ve stayed in. The food is by far the best all inclusive. Everything is cooked fresh, plenty to choose from. The drinks are spot on, the staff have clearly had cocktail making training as they are lovely and made really well. Also, usually avoid the wine when all inclusive as it tends to taste of vinegar but it was really nice, especially the rose. The staff were amazing, always smiling, friendly and super attentive. The beach area is outstanding, the new beach bar/restaurant is gorgeous and loved the beach party. The entire hotel is spotless, the cleaners do a fantastic job. Never had any complaints about our room. Restocked fridge everyday, free safe, slippers and robe on arrival. Balcony very small but was fine for the just the 2 of us. Had a lovely seaview which we didn’t pay extra for. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends and I would definitely return.

Room Clean and modern, cleaners are too persistent even when you put do not disturb on your door. One day we felt a little poorly and wanted to relax and cleaner came in every 20 minutes not great room 1008 Entertainment Beach party was amazing. Apart from this not great at-all. Could benefit from a board with the weeks activities on so people know what days are what. Bingo was advertised for 3 days in the lift and we didn't get it once. Night club opening days would of been beneficial as well as we didn't get to go in here Food Live cooking show at dinner and tea time was great by the pool and snack bar food was really nice. Breakfast didn't cater for wide enough audience. A la carte restaurant was a shambles; staff couldn't tell us basics ingredients about The food every course was in edible the food in the main restaurant was nicer. I think you need to re do the set menu as none of it was nice at all. I think everyone left everything Staff Waitresses were very friendly and helpful there was 19 of us who came and constantly bringing us drinks etc. Bar staff started off friendly and by the end of the week were a bit short with us I think because we was a large group. Cleaner around the pool was very moody a few times I was asleep and she was brushing under my bed. Man who drove bus to beach was great fun! Pool Pool was great and always had plenty of room. How come slides were only open for 2 hours a day?

Me and my friend stayed here from 16-23rd June, we had changed hotels as this one was brand new and was advertised at a good price so we swapped hotels. There was a few issues but pros aswell. This was our first time staying in Turkey so not alot to judge off. Hotel: very clean, someone always cleaning, there’s never a spec of dirt or tables left dirty. Housekeeping daily, although our towels weren’t changed a few times DESPITE me putting the dirty ones in the shower and the shower items weren’t stocked up. There’s a mini bar that is stocked up daily aswell. But no bottle opener despite the bottles needing it? The pool was small and there’s slides available but only for an hour twice a day? Not very appealing for people with children and the lack of entertainment (which I’ll get onto) is disappointing. There’s a beach and slot of hotels wouldn’t have access to this. Beach is well kept and very clean aswell. There’s a gym on site which is free and somewhat well kept and a spa for additional charge, with a hairdressers (manager very pushy), I did use the hairdressers and I was happy with what I got for the price. cocktail bar for additional charges and the guy constantly coming up asking you to buy. There’s restaurants but we used the main one and the pool bar. Shuttle bus to the beach that was every 15 minutes. Entertainment: non existent during the day. In the 7 days we were there there was 2 activities which was water football and water aerobics. Never seen the entertainment staff throughout the day and was only approached by the people trying to get you to buy stuff. On the beach too no activities and again approached by people wanting you to go on expensive watersports. The beach could have a volleyball or kickabout. Entertainment at night was better, always something on but there was zero advertisement on what entertainment was on. There is a popcorn machine but for additional charge, again families would benefit from this but I doubt they would want to pay for it. They did a beach night on Thursday night and this was probably the best entertainment they done. Service: grumpy staff and very rude. Don’t get a smile or none of the staff are interested in talking to guests. Reception don’t know the answer to questions. I was actually asked at the pool bar ‘WHAT DO YOU WANT’ several times, not a way to approach guests. Impossible to get drinks at dinner time. My friend has a swallowing difficulty and high risk of choking and needs drinks at mealtimes, no exceptions. But nights you were asking 3-4 times before getting served, no water bottles even available. Not acceptable when you’re all inclusive. My friend did not eat his dinner twice due to the lack of service at dinner time. Housekeeping up at 8am and continually knocking and when we paid for late check out it was every 15 minutes knocking until we left. 2:45pm our late check out was 3pm, forcing us out of the hotel room and I still needed to pack. The Hotel is overall good, the animation team were great (Kubra, Ayse-nur and Furkan) The rooms were nice and clean. The food was good as well. Overall good hygiene around the hotel. All different department were nice to us and had smiles on their faces. The pool however was a bit too warm. The one thing I’ll say that could improve I’d say is the vibe. There’s wasn’t much going on and there wasn’t many people around, we had to leave the hotel to go find some fun and preferably in an inclusive I shouldn’t have to do that.

We are staying at this hotel for the second year in a row. I like everything very much, the hotel is beautiful, clean , new , the staff is friendly. Special thanks to the hotel's mini-club, because when you relax with a child, this is a very important part of the hotel the child gladly went to the mini-club and spent 2.5 hours of fun with the animator and other children!
